Located at a distance of about 10KM from Kurunegala, it is a beautiful, quiet and easily accessible area. There is a small gate just past the Thampana Lake. From there you can walk about 1km and visit the Thampana Temple. In the meantime, you can enjoy the cool of a beautiful environment, but it is your duty to protect this environment

A calm and quiet place near Kurunegala town. Good for cycling. The lake is beautiful, but it is not possible to go near it as it is a reservoir used by the water board to supply drinking water to the area. The template is very calm and silent. Nothing much to see except for the small forest.
