It
took
me
about
1
hour
to
get
the
medical.
Before
coming
here,
make
sure
to
book
an
appointment
online
and
come
to
the
place
15
minutes
earlier.
The
service
is
quite
good.
But,
I
think
still
a
lot
of
things
need
to
be
improved.
Here
is
how
I
got
the
medical:
1.)
I
came
to
the
place
15
minutes
before
the
appointment
2.)
At
the
entrance
they
call
for
the
name.
The
entrance
is
very
crowded.
So
if
you
do
not
stay
close
enough,
it
is
difficult
to
hear
when
they
call
your
name.
It
would
be
great,
if
they
can
install
a
digital
display
to
show
the
name
and
appointment
time.
3.)
Show
the
ID/
Online
appointment
proof
to
the
reception
counter
and
they
will
give
a
receipt
with
a
number
(This
is
your
number
for
the
whole
process).
4.)
A
lady
will
measure
the
weight/
height
and
fill
the
receipt
5.)
Next
counter
-
They
will
inspect
the
previous
driving
license
and
the
receipt.
Then,
a
photo
will
be
taken
6.)
Cash
counter
-
If
you
have
already
paid
online,
you
can
directly
get
the
payment
slip
7.)
Next
-
A
blood
sample
will
be
taken
8.)
Now
you
have
to
wait
a
bit
around
the
medical
inspection
room.
A
person
will
come
and
read
your
number
loud
and
hand
over
the
unfilled
medical
examination
report
(Pink
Form).
(This
method
has
to
be
changed.
It
is
very
unprofessional
and
loud.
They
should
definitely
try
to
install
a
digital
display
to
show
the
names
and
another
counter
should
be
installed
to
distribute
the
Pink
Form.
9.)
Then
you
have
to
go
to
the
doctor's
office.
They
usually
take
about
15-20
people
once
and
ask
everyone
to
do
a
few
things
(Raise
hands/
Stand
on
toes
and
etc..)
to
identify
physical
conditions
and
then
they
check
the
eye
conditions.
(I
think
it's
better
if
they
inspect
applicants
one
by
one.
Some
of
our
procedures
are
still
very
old
fashioned)

Then
you
need
to
wait
close
to
the
counter
number

till
they
provide
the
filled
medical
report.
When
they
complete
the
medical
report,
they
read
the
name
loud.
It
is
very
difficult
to
hear
the
voice
of
the
lady
who
is
distributing
the
reports.
Therefore,
it
is
very
crowded
close
to
the
counter.
(This
method
is
not
suitable.
I
think
it's
better
if
they
can
install
a
digital
display
to
show
the
list
of
completed
applications.
And
then
applicants
can
collect
their
report
in
a
proper
order.)
Further,
I
think
they
should
try
to
install
some
sign
boards
explaining
the
procedure
clearly.
However,
in
the
current
system,
the
staff
is
doing
a
good
job.
I
hope
the
procedure
will
improve
in
future.
