Used to shop here for years. Quality of customer service is getting worse. Today I went there to buy some shampoo. But the brand I was looking for wasn't there. So I bought some other brand. The girl who was assisting the shampoo shelves insulted me by saying "we use that brand only to wash jeans" 😬 I was utterly shocked at this rude comment and forgot my shopping list. So I had to go to another shop to buy the rest of my list. Anyone who go here be aware of ill mannerd customer service. Felt so bad as I used to shop here ever since it opened back in my school days.

I had a bad experience in this Big City Kurunegala branch for many times.Today 25th of November 2021 at 4p.m I went there with my friends and the two girls who were in the floor which has gift items, treated us in a worse manner. I am really disappointed about the shop. Many girls in that shop treat as the same way for customers as I've seen.This would be a high deteriorate for the incorporate standard of the shop.

The customer service is very confused. They do not know how to talk to the customer. They do not help the customer. There are a group of very proud employees.😏

Lover's Big City has a fantastic collection of earrings that I absolutely loved. They offer many beautiful options to choose from, and I was impressed with the variety. However, I must say that the customer service wasn't great. The staff seemed puzzled and didn't know how to talk to customers properly. They didn't provide much help, and some employees appeared to be quite proud and unfriendly. On the positive side, the shop has a nice selection of beauty products and fancy items. It's not too expensive, and you can find some cool stuff to buy. If you're a fan of earrings, you'll be thrilled with the choices at Lover's Big City. Just be prepared for not-so-great customer service. But, on the bright side, you can find some lovely beauty products and fancy items without breaking the bank.

I have lost my atm card due to the carelessness of the cashiers.They have exchanged my atm card with another customer and i still face difficulties when doing transactions.poor customer service and really disappointed with them.
