    Technical officer of the counter 12 is very unprofessional person. He tried to do nothing about my WiFi problem as I go there today to change my old router because its not working at all. He gave me a new router after I strongly asked him to give as he talking nonsense about network problems. Now I tested my new router after coming home and it works perfectly. I think dialog should improve those kind of areas

    My router signal strength is very low. I have made online complain. They instructed me to change my router to a double antenna one and said it was free of charge. Due to covid-19 policy I have to spend 1hr in a que. The technical guy checked it and said that there is no issue which was quite funny to me because in the town area there is no way to lack of signal strength. Bad customer experience ever.

    Today I just walked in to Dialog Kurunagala arcade around 4.30 pm today and faced the worst customer care experience. I am a customer of over 25 years with dialog, and due to a damage in my NIC, the sales person refused to sell the phone I wanted to buy. I told him that I have purchased few phones from them in the recent past and to search their records, since surely they should have a scanned copy of my NIC in their database. The sales person didn't even discuss the matter with his manager prior to refusing the transaction. Management please educate your staff on customer care. I will never visit Kurunagala arcade again.

    Unfriendly big headed staff members who keep the customers in long ques under the burning sun even they have a large waiting area to put more people inside with a distance like 2metres apart. Cooperative area is the worst

    You can get new mobile connection , dialog broadband connection ,dialog tv connection , repair your mobile ,settop boxes etc. Olso you can pay your bills with 24 hour in krishok machine. All dialog service you can fix here.open every week day in office hours.

    The System is good up to meet the customer care officer. They use technology like developed countries . It is very good.But what happened to me,I bought some SIM cards. After SIM cards were inserted the mobile, there are some unknown messages and unknown calls calling me that different name. The other thing is that when my dialog number saved to contact list to my family member’s mobile, on their IMO app, it showed a different name. What the ****. I already given this new number to the Bank also for internet banking. Anyway ,when I go there and complain they admitted that they sell RECYCLE SIM CARD numbers. So please beware of this . This is very dangerous !!!!!!!!! No Privacy!!!!

    Service is good. But due to COVID-19 people has to wait outside without a shade. There is a temporary hut, but if you wait in there people will cut in front of you since that hut is bit further away from the entrance. Go early morning or remember to bring an umbrella.

    Its huge cue on my all visits, over 30 minutes have to wait for my turn If you see the cue don't waste your time turn away, so many difficulties to be faced in the arcade customer service is really 👎👎👎sorry DIALOG its the fact🤨 (I think because of the pandemic situation) ***Note: comment added on dec-2021***
