Never answering to calls and always busy and engaged. My package was stuck in the kurunegala over 2 days. Had to call many times to get it. Front desk customer support is horrible and ignoring customers. Never ever will use this again....!

Not bad. But they did not try to deliver my urgent pack anyhow. Few times have tried and given up. I included three phone numbers. However eventually my brother had to go to the Pronto for collecting my pack. We include all the data on the pronto cover. Even house address. Additionally I paid more because of very urgent. I suggest you to work more responsible guys. Somehow I would consider this is a mistake by driver as this is first time. Simply good service.

Urghh they got the worst service ever!!! They rarely answer the calls and they give false information too. Someone named poorni from the head office doesn’t know how to answer a phone call!! They don’t answer customer’s calls but can answer other stupid calls. They have the worst service ever. Was very urgent because I had a flight and when I asked for the driver’s number he had the audacity to say not to give his phone number. They are very rude and they got the worst service ever. Highly don’t recommend.

Very poor services .when i call to kurunegala branch number its automatically fowerd to general number at colombo then we have to ask more than 4 minutes theire recording after i requested kurunegala branch i had to waiting another 6 minutes while asking theire caller tune then after line was disconnected without connecting to kurunegala branch .almost 11 minutes i was in the line.very bad services .really disappointed .

Not recommended, do not trust this service. Use another delivery service and never use Pronto. It is the worst place and worst customer service. They do not deliver to your home, always need to go and collect them from the office and it is not located near the town.

First time using pronto. Extremely slow service & bad customer service. My parcel which has been shipped over a week is yet to be delivered. And no one answers the call. Overall really the worst experience yet with a courier service.

The product is not delivered even after 23 days. Worst service! Do not send any valuable items through them. I’m deleting this review once my product is delivered. So the viewers can see if it’s delivered or not. They don’t deserve a single star!

Service not on time... around 30km delivery they take three days..

Very busy place. The convenience and attention to the consumer is very minimal.

Compared to other courier services in Sri Lanka, pronto's service provides a very good. tracking service and updates it properly at the right time. He also maintains a good relationship with his client. Also, their network is spread across the country and the order are delivered very quickly. Their newly introduced flash service delivers the order within hours.

Worst service ever.... Delay over 2 weeks... Not just once. Hardly answer the phones. AVOID these clowns.

When it comes to the courier services there are few options in Kurunegala. Pronto Lanka maybe the place of choice in that sense. Has ample parking space. But I got to add some comments on the care for the customers. There's a thick line between the campany and the company which the employers take no effort to overcome. There's always a queue. Nobody at the branch is taking interest to clear that..

Send your posts or parcels via pronto. Good service. Better to go before 8PM on weekdays as they bundle up and send all the items on the same day.

The worst service ever.It has been already month still I didn't received my pack. I asked from them and they said my pack is still there. Like when they gonna deliver it to me?Anyway Now I have to go and collect my pack . What is the use of using a courier service if we have to go for them and collect our things? .

I got my parcel few days back and when i received it, it was already opened and the battery of the watch was stolen. This is a worst delivery partner and can't trust them at all. They won't take the responsibility of this too. Really disappointed with their service.

They have good customer service. My goods were delivered to the place within a day from Kurunagala to Galle.
