I can confirm these bad reviews. Never picks up the phone. This is a place you don't want to go unless you are ready to stab someone to get your work done. Poor management. I'm waiting for Dialog to fix their 4G signal problem in my area and I can move to Dialog 4G so I don't have to visit or contact this godforsaken place ever again.

Woresr customer service ever. I have waiting to more than month to change my telephone line location for my new house. I used my previous landline over 20 years. I want to change my line line to new home. But they still not replied properly

Provides a good, customer friendly service. You can get lot of services regarding all SLT services from here. Also you can purchase equipment like phones, routers etc.

This place is one of the worst institutes I have ever visited in Kurunegala. Their customer care is very poor so that one have to wait hours time to do something there.

We went here as we don't have a choice. People working here have no clue on faults

Ample space for social distancing inside the premises. A few number of people were taken in during the last visit. I wanted to apply for a fibre connection and I was handled by Ms. Machu over the phone and she gave me a time and guided me through teleconferences. Mr. Janake at the premises gave me a fantastic service and took time to answer all my queries. Highly recommend this person for your needs. SLT personnel's came and installed the devices and I received their services and connection in 2 days of time on making the initial payment. I appreciate the quick response provided by SLT.
