Haven’t seen a worse courier service like this. Poor customer service, doesn’t care that the customer can see the tracking from the Way bill number. Not responding to customer queries at all. Very rude for the customers. Keep ignoring being the parcel received to the branch. Wondering why this kind of businesses exist. That much the service is disgusting. Would never ever recommend this service to any one.

Worst courier service ever. They do not deliver the goods to your doorstep, you have to go there and collect it by yourself instead. Hotlines are not working, difficult to contact over the phone. These type of courier services should be banned from our country.

Not recommended. Took 1 week from colombo to kurunegala. They are simply saying " The given phone mumbers are not responding" which is a lie.

Service is absolute worst. They told the package deliver within a day. But Package just sits at Kurungla branch for a days now. I'm honestly not sure how they are still in business

Worst service ever. The parcel arrived five days after the handover, which is not the first time. They also have higher courier chargers. I don't recommend this service and recommend using another courier service besides this.

This service is marvelous,,, I gave a van seat holiday, they delivered it within one days, from kurunegala to කල්මුණේ
