Just avoid going to this place. Worst SLT experience ever. For the same problem I went here multiple times and haven't got a solution. Last time I went there, had a heated argument with one of the staff members and I hate that experience. Customer satisfaction is -10.

Worst place to get a service 🤮🤮🤮 I was there to get a replacement router for my 4g connection . Eventhough I am in a position to pay full amount of the router to get it, ladies in the duty just passing the matter here and there and keep me wait for more than hour and finally they came up to conclusion that they cant replace the router and ask me to go to kurunegala SLToffice. Then I ask them to terminate my connection immidiately and they said that. It is not possible and ask me to go to landy telesbop to terminate my connection. Seems to me they have no idea what is need to done and they are bunch of lazy government servents who waste our money.

Yesterday I visited there to disconnect my 4g lte connection but they told me to take it to jaffna slt centre and they can't do anything for my problem. Poor service SLT

Never answer phone. Some officers behave like they pay for us to use SLT services. Regional office also same. More to develop. Can't offer stars yet. For the purpose of publishing the post I give one star.

Good service to customers and quick issue resolving method. I recently faced some issues with the 4G connection and they solved the issue within 24 hours. Recommended.

I was looking for a power backup for my router and it was not available at this place. They couldn't get it down from any other teleshops and they refused to get me one flatly. The ladies sitting on the right side as you enter can be more considerate with the needs of their customers. Everyone gave just an excuse, no one seems to know anything of their stocks. I got a better recommendations by calling 1212.
