I visited the photo studio today, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. After taking my photos, I waited for over a 1 hour without any communication or updates. When I finally inquired about my photos, the staff seemed completely unaware of my situation and they took another hour to release them. The lack of communication and disregard for my time was disappointing. I expected better service and professionalism. A simple apology for the delay would have been appreciated.

Only the outer appearance is good. Inside there is only a very small studio. Poor air conditioning, almost none. Cannot take group photos with more than ten people sure to the lack of studio space. Only few old backgrounds.

The pictures are good and their work is good but the staff!!! The ladies who work there think they are queens or something. They keep on frowning and frowning and has to stay for a long time to get the work done because they don't give a rats ass! These women stare at all the girls like they are not supposed to enter this place ! Damn! They don't even know how to talk to their customers ! The owner should seriously advice them to treat their customers properly and to care and listen to their needs and not frown ! I feel like slapping them foreal and pointless of asking them any questions as they will not answer ! But they will do anything for the men who come ! I don't recommend any girls to go here ! My sister went there Day before yesterday and she phoned me and screamed that she can't stay there with these women and i had to ask her to go to another studio with my baby to get a photo. I don't recommend this place!

I went to take a quick picture of mine with my graduation clothing at their studio, and I must say there had been super nice. I only wanted soft copies, and their prices were very reasonable. The photographer had been really kind, even though we paid for 2 photos (poses) he agreed to e-mail all the photos he captured so that we can select the best out of it. Quick service, satisfied!!

Took some photographs for passport.it was ok.young ladies at the front desk were nice.very understandble.photographs also looks ok.i also took some photo copies of my nic from them.resonable prices.had to wait like 10 min to collect the photos.nice place.they have a long history since like 1950

This photo studio provides different services such as Studio shooting for identity card photos, Passport photos as well as general purpose photos. Service is very good here and saves our time. The costs for the services is fair. A change room is available for dressing. For all your photographic necessities, this is an ideal place to visit.
