One of the poor hotel. Staff is very bad. No friendly. They are thinking that we are coming to their place to damage their property. because he said that if we damage a sheet they will charge it. It was the first thing he said when he showed us a room. he removed some pillows and cover sheet of the bed which gave us a bad impression .And sheets and washrooms were smelly like dusty. I would not recommond this place. ❌

This place was awful. The staff and the owner was so rude. Even the VIP rooms are so tiny. Not worth spending money for this place. I am ashamed that we stayed here and embarrassed that we blessed the owner with any of our hard earned money. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT WE DID!

This is newly build hotel located next to Kurunegala lake with an elegant interior. Rooms are really good, comfy, modern and clean.

They said there was a chocolate stain on the bedsheet and they tried to charge us for the bedsheet. Or wash it and show it. Customer service is disgusting. Not friendly. Do not go to a place like this and waste your beautiful day. I condemn such things

This is located just infront of the Lake.So very nice scenary is there in the early morning and nicely landscaped and designed. Food are tasty. Space of the room, specially washrooms are less. But manageable. Staff is not friendly when deal with customers and not much helpful. Specially they have not the decision making power when we need some adjustments.

No customer service in there.. rooms are not clean.. bad smell are coming from bed and pillows

Charged 1,500 LKR for 5 hours in a non A/C room. Room had a ceiling fan and a nice view of the lake. Windows were tinted. The bathroom didn’t have a sink and a hot water shower was not available. The bed was squeaky. Food is available.

Rooms are not spacious, especially washrooms, which are so tiny. There is no security at the gate, and it is prohibited to leave or enter after 10 p.m. Front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Customer service is terrible. Zero hospitality.

The room was perfect condition an awesome but bit small quite and neat. The environment of the lake is also cool. Wanna go again kurunagala around the river. Thanks for the service of hotel willow lake. see you again soon ❤💙

Very nice place and value for money compared to other rated hotels around. Found this place by accident as it was not listed in Booking.com or Agoda. Modern room with all class hotel amenities. Keep it up

It's not a proper hotel but just rooms. No security at the gate and they lock the entrance sharp at 10pm and you are not allowed to go out or come back.. No 24 hrs front desk.. No customer care at all. I had a worst experience ever..

The worst ever experience I had .no customer care at all rather the staff is very rude..the main gate they close at 10pm then neither you can go out or come in as no security at the gate.and actually it is not a hotel but kind of rooms and so conjusted rooms hardly you can move around..👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Bad customer service. ☹️ Non AC room on the ground floor is Rs 1500. The room on the ground floor is not very suitable for a couple. Because the reception area is also near ground floor rooms. 😐 Non AC room on the upper floor is Rs 2000. The room on the upper floor is safe for couples. 🙂 No recommend 🚫

The Hospitality was horrible. The staff were rude and ridiculous. Charged us more than the original rate for checking in late. Gates were closed at 10 pm and didn’t open until 6 am. Not a place to relax. Do not recommend at all.
