Worst place to arrange a function. They do not have enough staff. They does not arrange enough food. Arrangements are always late. No responsible person to speak with. They don’t even have a proper communication among themselves. We had a arranged function and it ended in a total mess. Very disappointing

Can't upload reviews regarding the stay but had the ugliest experience ever had in the restaurant. Attend to a function recently and the welcome drink and the snack was almost stale food. Waiting for anything is a better experience for people who practices meditation. Meals looks so bad and the weirdest problem was the food supply. A long que was a common show and waiting time for food is longer than the eating time. Should improve the service or this will lead to a recently build hotel structure to become a junk food outlet.

Very poor service. Really disappointed and waste of time while there are lot of places better than Ahas Pokuna. Food was not good, customer service ?? I don't think they know much about retaining customers. Even we cannot contact management to tell our difficulties. DO NOT VISIT

I have a bad experience in a get together function. Food supply for the buffet was not organized at all. No responsible officer was there to manage the buffet. After complaining to an officer, he was also got disappeared. The buffet was out of food for a long time. There was no responsible person atleast to make a complaint.

First of all It's location and surrounding is very beautiful One side Daduru oya. Easy access easy to go Not far away from the road. Pool is located middle The distance from the restaurant to pool is too much. Food is tasty But the portion is not satisfied 😕 😒 🙄 Price is affordable Roads have to be improved Wish you all the best

One of the best relaxing hotels in kurunegala. Swiming pool is very clean and not crowded but price is little bit high. Foods are delicious.

We had a day out and surprise party for me in there. The staff was very helpful and understanding throughout the event. We had a great time in the pool and good environment. Foods are delicious too. We will surely visit there again. Thankyou to all the staff for helping my friends to make my day better🥰

Everything was perfect. The hotel is located on a large coconut land. There are separate cabanas here with private spacious Balconies. The Holiday Resort is located at a distance of about 10 km from Kurunegala. The day I arrived they said there was no WIFI facility due to repairs. There is a beautiful swimming pool too. The food is also very tasty.

It is a good location and a nice place to enjoy your holidays and to spend your day with family and friends. This place is very nicely done

Foods are not worth the money, No tea, fruits or Juice served for breakfast. no any kids friendly meals, Rooms are okay but bathrooms need an upgrade. Have to ask for everything and the answer would be ‘not available’. No pool towels, no milk tea, no welcome drink, arrangements within the premises etc. Need to improve Hospitality services

Went for a day out with friends on the 21st September 2023. Service is hopeless and unfriendly. The so called welcome drink took about one hour to be served. Mediocre food with a very high salt content. Prices are reasonable but the experience is poor.

A calm and quiet place. Brings village vibes along with a scenery paddy fields. Clean and spacious rooms. Have some good space to play sports. The food should improve a bit. The combinations of the food served does not go well. Other than that this places is recommended. Worth all the money spent here.

Had a day out with my friends and planned a surprise party for one of them. it was bit hard because we only had few days to find a place and plan the party. Finding Ahas Pokuna hotel is bit of relive because it had reasonable price for a dayout and the front office was very helpful they gave the day out information very clearly, also they flexible their time for us for the payment. we bought the "cake" in the morning but the party was planned for the evening. So restaurant staff help us to keep the cake and other sweets in place. And they were very concern and help us move around table and stuff for our party. Apart from that we lucky to had free swimming lessons. :)

Situated about 12km from the busy city of Kurunegala. Stayed one night at half board basis. There are about 7 cabanas all with the view of the beautiful coconut garden. Rooms are clean, and all the facilties are available. Ala carte menu is available. No buffet. Tasty foods. You can use the pool, the cricket pitch, shooting area and archery. All together a great experience.

Nice place for an outing with family or friends. They provide a good service and the place is nice too. Very huge place so it’s calm.

Great place, But need some improvements

I recently stayed at this holiday resort, it offers a truly serene and peaceful environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The cabanas are well-maintained and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The food at the resort is delicious and definitely worth the price. However, I was a bit disappointed with the front desk's welcome, as it lacked the warmth and hospitality I expected. Overall, it's a great place to unwind, but improvements in the front desk service would enhance the overall experience.

This hotel is run over by thugs and not recommend to anyone. Not good even for boys. Not for ladies if need safe stay

Foods were good. wifi facilities were well.but they need to give attentions to the clean of the room. Customer service should be improved. Landlines are not working properly and they were really answer the phone calls.

Got a mixed feeling about the place. It got very nice designed architecture layout. So much specious. Give your freedom in a calm environment. Overall impressed ababout the infrastructure. Resturent is bit dissapointment in other hand. They are fast. But they serve very lilimited number of options. They need to work on their menu very soon. They even serve the sauce in cheap sauce bottles. Someone with good hospitality background need to work on these small things. Also there were few waiters to cover the resturent and rooms also. Considering the huge area of the hotel they do their best. Overall I would lije to visit the place again sooner.

Location alone is quite good. Nice place for a getaway from a busy life. Can't say staff is good or bad. It is average. If you request for something it will take some time to get done. When we were there pool wasn't clean, had green coloured water :P
