Medium quality food, inexperienced staff. We got different drinks to what we ordered, just because they didn’t have our choice. Could have asked before just bringing something different 🤷‍♂️ Food was partly okay, partly bad. The worst beef ever. Super small and dry piece of ugly meat. Location is quite nice and calm.

I dont know about the rooms and pool.just went to the bar, and ordered some foods. When they told 2 people can eat happily .. but even two cats cant ate.. Please make sure your calculations are correct or wrong and i dont recommended this please . Thankyou recommend it.. Value should be given for the money paid.

Fair for the price. We stayed a night. Rooms are good. We get the meals from outside. So cannot comment on that. Overall had a good experience.

I would describe this place as good, though not exceptional. Nonetheless, I left satisfied. If you're planning to visit the elephant orphanage or zoo, I recommend considering this restaurant for your lunch. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, with the added convenience of parking available inside the restaurant premises or ample space in front of the hotel. The dishes served were delicious, and I found the prices to be reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Small boutique type villas easily fit for 2 adults. AC rooms with TV, mini bar and music player. Spacious bathroom with open to air. Small swimming pool. Good place to enjoy with small group.

Great place room conditions are really good. Good pool not very deep, there's a jacuzzi and near that there's a dining table for extreme relaxation and fine dining at pool. Wish the night lights were all white because the multi coloured lights make it less elegant. This is situated literally next to Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage 🐘. We had a BBQ, Kottu's were good too.

Not recommend for families or group of people. Potions are too small and prices are considerably high. There are no suitable food portion sizes for group of people to dine in. No card payment option available.

Very beautiful and comfortable place. There is a great staff. There is a large pool with beautiful view. There are comfortable cottages. You can enjoy your vacation with this high luxury facilities. 100% satisfied with their valuable service and highly recommend for you.

Probably would not return here. Rooms were very crowded with unnecessary furniture. Bathroom was filled with ants and mosquitos. At dinner, it took almost 3 hours to receive our food, and then once we got it, it was cold.

The restaurant is total junk here , specially the fried rice types , the rice was dry and no meat at all , the chili paste was very old it smells really bad , the beverages are twice the tagged price and the waiters gave us a wrong bill too , charged more and then I asked them to correct it , you can see a picture of the bill here , when we went there nobody was there and now I know why 🤮🤮🤮

We visited here for food while visiting the elephants. We found their food really nice and the service was very good. The man in the restaurant was really attentive. The juice was good also. Their prices are a little high but we expected this as it is a tourist area. My husband did find a bit of metal wire in his food and when we mentioned this to the waiter he went to get the manager who came in to the restaurant looked at us and walked out. Nothing else was mentioned until we paid and they didn’t make any apology make or any deductions until I complained and approached the subject with them. The management need to communicate better with their customers but food, drinks, staff are all fabulous

All in all its a good place to have a quiet & peaceful vacation. The location & surroundings are fantastic. Delicious food. Lovely rooms worth for the price could say. with a pool over looking a paddy filed. Mostly appreciate the qonderful hospitality provided by the staff there, (Ravi, Samantha & Nuwan) are some of the names that we would like to Thank individually for all the help they offered. Good Clean environment as well. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

Great little hotel right opposite the Elephant Sanctuary. Lovely pool which was lite up at night. Great staff, super helpful and fun. Rooms are lovely, clean bedding and super comfy beds. AC is great. Wi-Fi not so great. Food was good. Beautiful gardens Bathroom is open air which was super fun Overall a great place to stay 👍

Really good place with a nice view situated just across the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Rooms are little bit small and compact. I'm not very satisfying about the room amenities but overall it's ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can talk to them and arrange anything you need. Food is delicious and prices are moderate. Pool is not deep but nice. Beautiful place to stay.

Poor service, they don't serve what you asked for, noodles is tasteless and the most important part of my visit was a FRIED FLY in my plate.

The food was okay, and the atmosphere to dine in. If you are looking to eat while in pinnawala, I recommend eating!

We ended here unexpectedly for lunch, and we didnt regret it; a gentleman invited us literally from the street to come to this restaurant; and the food and service were really outstanding; can only recommend them

Had lunch from there. They even not bothered to give at least a water glass. NO PAPER TISSUES, NO SUFFICIENT SAUCE, CHILLI PASTE. At last I asked for them personally. They DIDN'T supply them.. But they will charge you 10% service charge. During bill settlement I complained bit harshly, there excuse was that they were busy, What a joke..... I strongly recommend NOT to visit them...

Restaurant was nice and clean, food was good, a lot of choice, reasonable prices although service could have been better, restaurant was very quiet and had to keep going to waiters to ask for drinks and to order etc
