Ordered a vegetable club sandwich only to realize it's not vegetable when came home. Called to complain about and they wanted us to come back and exchange it. Really unprofessional and didn't even apologise for their mistake.

At first sight the hotel looks lovely but go to your room and its quite different . The carpet in our room was very stained and dirty. Bed sheets were stained and shower was very poor. Not clean and quite unpleasant. Dont like the venetian blind that half covers the shower. No privacy from the bedroom.(ok if you are not shy)!!! Venetian blind needs replacing!!!.. 2 small bottles of water supplied free. 2 tbags. 2 coffee sachets. No sugar or milk/creamer. Fridge did not work but was replaced immediately after we told a member of staff. No fuss just quickly and apologeticaly changed, typical no fuss attitude from all sri lankan staff! The staff members were all very nice and helpful. I was with my sri lankan fiancee and did not appreciate being charged 'tourist' rates!!!!.The food was good and the portions ample. There are a couple of restaurants on site. This is a teachng school and all the staff do very well. Beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. Excellent place for weddings and functions. We will definitely go again but preferably to a cleaner room on a lower level.

Staff has no respect to its customers' agreements. We had a day out there and they changed the agreed condition for another deal. I do not recommend this hotel.

A hotel with the worst management. Never had such a bad experience in any hotel. I will not attend an event at this hotel again. Think too.

Good place with nice location, the food also good, the bar area is little bit hot since unavailability of Air conditioning, banquet hall is well maintained, pool available, the deviled mushroom dish in the restaurant is delicious 😋 😀 👌

Had the most terrible experience ever in a hotel. It is not a good place to have a meal for a family or to stay a couple. Staff is useless, food was terrible, service was the worst. No words to write down how worse it was. It was a super bad experience with this place. Do not ever think going to this hotel.

Very good customer service here. I went for a wedding here and when I asked for a meal for my driver they gave my driver a special meal in their out door dining area for a very reasonable price. They arrange everything with great care even for a single customer in huge crowd. Very good service. Thank you.

Nicely built. Luxury rooms with high tech equipment. Better maintenance is suggested. Owner is very friendly and personally looking into the matters of the hotel. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Went for a lunch. Reasonable price, but took a considerable time to provide my dine in order and there was less staff. Food was good, Fresh juices were ok. Location was clean and tidy. Some things to improve. Good Luck

This place has a beautiful large garden and a very friendly staff.  There is an average size banquet hall where you can have a wedding or a party. Overall a place that can be recommended.

Place is quite old now. I don't see much effort from them to renovate the hotel. Even the car porche at the entrance looks old. Food wasn't that good. I had to visit the place for a wedding. And their buffet not up to the standards. Only Photato curry and ice coffee was great.
