I went there for a hair spa. The receptionist was sweet but wasn't too helpful with explaining the spa menu to me... The team were behaving clueless too, my beautician was not sure which treatment I am doing probably not communicated well between receptionist, I had to confirm with her again. I was told the CreamBath option uses local products while HairSpa option uses L'oreal products. I went for the L'oreal option, it was okay... hair turn out soft and silky, no comment on the use of product. The hair spa comes with neck, shoulder and arm massage. It was normal, wouldn't say it's the best. I do want to point out that I did not feel my beautician was putting enough effort and attention on me at the shampooing and blow drying. I have thick and long hair, I had to point out to her there are still patches of my hair that was not completely blow dried... It wasn't nice because I expect a proper job done and didn't like to sound like I was demanding. I didn't understand why, I was the only customer there so there must be something else that is disturbing her? I wouldn't recommend it as it was an overall unsatisfying experience. Two stars for the comfortable ambience, the place smells amazing (like most spa does).

A well presented day spa, with lovely therapists and quality services. I have had Mani/Pedi but cannot speak for massage or haircuts. Prices are on the mid range to high side for the locality.

Had great massage here and the staff is friendly! But in this price range there are better options in canggu.. The spa is quite loud (no sound isolation from the busy road).

Wow! A truly wonderful spa experience from start to finish. I had one of the bed hot stone massages of my life here. The Moroccan hair mask was well worth the money, and the deep pore facial was so good as well!

Had a full body massage here but the pressure was too much and it really hurt, despite me asking several times for her to use less pressure. Sadly not relaxing as I spent most of the massage wincing. However I had the deep pore facial afterwards with a different lady and it was fantastic. Mixed experience

Oh my what a deliciously relaxing and thorough facial I received from Rika! I love doing the deep detox facial periodically to get the pollution gunk out of my pores. The therapist always shows the results which is cool but... ewwww so gross! Now my skin felt so clean after and can breathe again!

Had the best pedicure in Bali with Vira @uluwatu salon. Highly recommended ! The salon is very clean and the instruments are sterilised(which is very important for me). Pedicure came out perfect.
