Great guesthouse for a great price! Nice neat rooms, a shared kitchen, refrigerators, a table for a large group, a cool observation deck on the roof (as well as a place for yoga, etc.), in good weather you can see Volcano Agung from the roof, a pleasant courtyard with parking Excellent hosts - Agus and Tini, they will always help with any questions, including personal ones, very sociable, modern, quite young, like friends)

The place is more than wonderful in terms of cleanliness and good treatment internet speed is perfect for work . I felt like I was literally in my home, as we coexist as one family. Agus and Tini helped us a lot in everything and introduced me to their culture and always smiled from his heart. The rooms are independent and wonderfully large, with a balcony , Air condicionar and a private bathroom And there is a shared kitchen and refrigerators where you can keep your food. The place is very close to Ubud and very, very cheaper than Ubud, and the geographical location is really excellent, as you can move all over the island .. I want to live here forever. Its 'home', this is what you feel while staying here, there is no point to talk about facilities in this home because you can discuss your needs with Agus and his wife and they will facilitate things to you to feel comfort. Location wise it's in the middle between main cities: ubud, denpasar, gyaniar, waterfalls are easily reachable( just 10-20 minutes by bike) and this home can be a hub for you if you are heading north. It is preferred to have transport in this home to reach nearby cafes (5-20 min by bike) and there are a lot. lt's far from east beaches like kuta, Seminyak, canggu but it's near some beaches in sanur. Rooms are big with balconies and private toilets and have basic needs outside the room like water, kitchen, fridge and you are allowed to do cooking. If you prefer to stay nearby ubud far from noise you can stay here. Overall, staying here is very nice because of the nice welcoming and helpful owners.
