This is our first time to Bali and we wanted to experience the food. Wow we had the best meal in a restaurant for a very very long time. I would very highly recommend Chandi. The staff were beautiful. The cocktails divine. I had the best Bloody Mary I think I have ever had. It was too close to perfect. And meals were fantastic. I had a vegan sate taster plate. Just so delicious. So much flavour and beautifully displayed. Thank you for looking after us. I'm afraid we are not going to be giving the other restaurants much of a chance as we will be dining here when in Seminyak.

Food as still.as good as it was years ago Had a table in the back of the restaurant outside. Could have some better decoration, it was bit boring. Food was perfect as was the service. Bit more expensive but price quality good. Nice last evening on Bali

Chandi has opened up recently and I went their for a family dinner. The food was very fresh and I was impressed with the variety of vegetarian food.. portions were quite small..but the food was yummy..we had to order it twice. We had the tofu, coconut wonton and the Tempe spring roll. All very flavourful. Even the nasi goreng hijau vegetarian was tasty. Will definitely come back for more.

It is a nice and professional restaurant in this area. They applied many local materials to cook and make customers satisfied. The Balinese duck is great. Happy hour is happy. The cocktails is also perfect. Hope to come back soon!

Exceptional food. Prices are higher than average for the area, but they match the excellent quality and quantity of the options you'll get here. We went with the duck, seafood platter, and two additional beef/pork dishes along with a few appetizers. There was no wait to be seated, the food was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the value for price was absolutely worth it!

Generally the portion sizes in Bali have been disappointing. But the portion size for the mains was great. Ordered corn fritter, pork dumplings, crispy duck, noodles to go with our cocktails and mango smoothie. All the items were great but the crispy duck topped the flavour. On the pricer end obviously but good for a decent date meal.

Excellent rib eye steak in a lovely ambience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dark The dark chocolate fondant was light and fluffy. I came back to try the crispy duck with was excellent!!- crispy, juicy with just the right hint of spice.

Has lunch here and I felt that the food was good but not fantastic. Had pretty helpful staff. The interior design was pretty nice but unfortunately didn't have much ambience. Was affected by flies flying around the food which is the only reason why this review isn't a five star

We got the lunch rijstaffel for 2 that comes in 12 small indo dishes. Food was defintely decent and portions are just right. Would recommend if you are not sure of what to try here! Decorations here are on point and bathrooms are clean. Quiet environment because of covid situation though. 2 for 1 cocktails are great too!

Wonderful meal full of flavour! Had a 3 course meal with the red wine sangria and couldn't fault any of it! the staff were friendly providing a great service. Had the chicken satay sizzle plate as my main which was exceptional 👌🏼 the coconut dumplings as an appetiser which were packed with flavour and crispy. Finished the meal with the coconut creme brulee which was light and creamy with the great crack on top. Would recommend for an enjoyable and tasty evening of Indonesian cuisine

Walked in off the street, didn't really have any expectations and I was blown away. I had the crispy duck and it was one of the best meals I've had in Bali. I've only been here for a week, but still, I totally recommend it. I was there for the happy hour which is from 12pm to 6pm.

We walked in to check what vegan options they have on menu and end up having amazing lunch. However the menu shows only vegetarian options the staff was very helpful to show what can be made vegan. The food was fantastic and full of flavor.

Colonial style setting with excellent lighting, decor and background music. Nothing overly fancy but very confident in its simplicity. Food was tasty, very well prepared and presented too. Great value for money. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive without being in the way. Highly recommend the Sate Platters and will return soon.

Ended up here this evening on the last night of a girls holiday. The food was absolutely incredible. The best meal I’ve had here in Bali, and I dare to say right up there with one of the best meals I’ve had in many years. I’m not into big portions so I had the starter dim sum. Little bite sized flavour bombs! Perfect. My friend had the glazed salmon which she devoured so heartily I didn’t get to try any. I got two massive thumbs up from her. My other friend had the tofu rice dish. I’m normally quite carnivorous but tasted this and could skip meat and just eat this. A nice little spice kick and so flavourful. We also had the flat bread with peanut sauce. Again, so delicious. After finishing off all of these, we had the edamame left. We thought we were too full. But they were too good to waste so got happily finished off. Finally, we shared a jug of classic mojito. It was perfectly made, not too sweet. And expertly poured so we didn’t have to fuss with the mint and lime ratio. Service was efficient, polite and unobtrusive. A perfect end to the holiday. Wish I could eat here again though. Highly recommend!

We can only recommend the restaurant. My boyfriend and I were here 4 times for lunch and dinner during our stay. And everything was perfect every time, excellently seasoned, food beautifully served and very attentive service

Chandi Seminyak is simply superb. Service and foods were delightful. Reasonable price and the staff were above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Last night my partner and I had the chef tasting menu for dinner, and it was a wonder palate adventure through the five courses dinner. Flavors in each dish definitely hit the spot and work in harmony! The waitress was very friendly and attentive which made the whole dining experience to another level. No doubt going back again next time!

Another spectacular dining experience at Chandi although traffic here was horrendous! A nicely decor Bali style restaurant with open air concept. It was well lit with Xmas decor with a huge tree at the main entrance; just right for the festivity! A warm and romantic atmosphere, service was immaculate. I had the barramundi with special Balinese sauce highly recommended by the waiter! It was served with rice but they kindly changed it with steamed mixed greens!! For starters, I decided to have the mixed sate (chicken breast, minced tuna and butterfish). Best was the butterfish which tasted meatly almost like monkfish, succulent! There are way too many awesome restaurants in Bali, and Chandi is definitely one of them.

This was an oasis in the middle of the day in the middle of Seminyak! Beautiful decor and friendly staff. AND it was happy hour! We sat outside (great people watching location) and had cocktails to cool ourselves down. Without a doubt, it was THE BEST cocktail I had had in Bali (and I had tried alot!) Highly recommend!

Wow! One of the best meals we’ve had in Bali. It was a last minute decision as we had been in for happier drinks the previous day. I got the chicken green coconut soup, salt & green bell pepper squid and black pepper pork dumplings, which are 3 starters as my main dishes. All where delicious, but the squid was incredible. It was such a good portion size, perfect to share as a starter! We also finished with the mixed desert platter which we shared between 4 and was amazing!! Definitely recommend 100%

The restaurant’s vibe extremely great, love the interior design inside. Mixed modern and traditional. For me the menu also fusion traditional food. I might order the wrong menu Veggie satay which was overpriced for the portion and the taste. The duck menu was ok, but still portion wise doesn’t suit as main course. Tho they have 20% food discount, we still find it’s overpriced for the portion and taste we’ve got. Might come back again and will certainly order the right menu.

We sat here on our stroll around the area saw the happy hour cocktail menu and had some drinks. To our surprise all the cocktails we tried were amazing tamarind twist was my personal favorite. That be said all the drinks you will try are great. We also a ordered some safe and goerang. The food was quite ok but the chicken was a bit dry. However the presentation was wonderful.

Nasi goreng with brown rice is interesting. Squid is cooked very well. Seafood was fresh and delicious. The staff v accomodating to change out rice to fries. Only downside is pricy.

We went for dinner at Chandi to try the 5 Course Chef Tasting Menu (9 dishes + hot lemongrass jasmine tea with dessert) and we're so thrilled we did! All the food was exceptional, so many delicious flavors in each dish. The cocktails are top notch quality, I recommend the Frozen coconut pandan rumballa. It was busy but service was still very good, and servers were great at explaining the dishes. Overall we left very satisfied with this experience!

Great restaurant, nice staff and a creative menu with an incredible taste. The riesling was crisp and dry. The starter, dim sum. Was great and delicious. The crispy pork belly was of a high standard. Desert and coffee were also if high quality. Staff was helpful and discreet. Prices are higher but worth the food.

When I first walked in, I was impressed by the decoration. Most restaurants in Seminyak area decorated beautifully and uniquely. Our table is on second floor. There is kitchen on that floor too. We ordered tasting menu for whole group of about 20 people. The food is adjustable if you have food allergy or restrictions. The total price is less than 60 usd including drinks. Comparing to what we got, the price is extremely cheap. The food are all delicious and presented beautifully. The staffs are professional.

It was ok. Nothing went wrong but then nothing was great. Security guard at the door needs a lesson on how to be a bit more happy. Doesn't even greet people. He was standing there frowning and staring at everyone which was making some people uncomfortable. He's only a doorman, not the secret service so I'm unsure why he was acting like he was guarding a restaurant with a president in it? Food was alright but there are other places in area for same price that are amazing. Drinks were great, great cocktails at a reasonable price. Other staff were friendly. Probably won't be returning as there are other alternatives in area for the same price that I enjoyed more.
