One thing I remembered was the service and staff, both are very pleasant and friendly. I had my feet stung by a bee and they quickly got me medicine. The staffs would greet and ask your experience, it was very nice. They have various types of water slides, my favorite was the superbowl. They have kids area and it’s big! The food and drink are well-tasted, for the payment we use cashless payment. The parking area is spacious. What’s most important is how they practice a good health protocol, especially during this hard time.

Amazing Place to visit, the Waterbom has a lot of activities and so clean and nice, family place to have fun even with your friends. Towers plays and the river so nice. The price is high but it’s worth it since you will have fun all the day. Recommend: You can have your towels with you and eater only so bring them with you. Price round 5000000 rubies per person dose not include any food or lockers. You have to put some deposit money minimum 300000 rubies and you will consume them for food and drinks. They have good quality of food and specially drinks. A great place to spend a day with family, where you can have exciting experience and relaxing times too. The range of slides from mellow, moderate to extreme enable you to choose the rides according to your comfort level. The cleanliness of the facilities also well maintained, especially the shower area (which so far is one of the cleanest I've ever visited). The foods tasted good, though it's quite pricey. Overall it's a day well spent for our family.

My best experience with a water theme park. Visited there with my wife and two children aged 13 and 10. I had purchased the tickets earlier from online. Me and my 13 year old son explored all of the rides multiple times. All the extreme level rides that were required to enter a capsule were really scary but of course thrilling. The very first time I didn’t feel anything after entering a capsule. But from the next time, every time I entered a capsule I felt shaky but didn’t stop the ride. It was really hair-raising. There were plenty of rides we enjoyed with family and my other son. Lazy river with my family was really fun. It was really a memorable experience.

Nice Waterpark to chill for the afternoon. Many rides and pools to have fun at. They have many food options available at very reasonable prices. Lockers, Towel rental, Gazebo are all available for rent. Overall a fun place to spend time with friends and family.

AMAZING! Really good day out, immaculate cleanliness in the park, attentive staff. Didn’t need to queue more than 5 minutes each ride. We got a private gazebo in the lazy river area and it was very secluded, nice for a short rest. Food is decently priced and tasty. Would highly recommend on your trip to Bali!

Lovely place with enough slides and spaces to warrant a full days visit. The cashless system inside works well for food, towels and lockers etc. The food available is the best we've had at any tourist park and reasonably priced too. The slides range from young children friendly to scary enough for the extreme thrill seekers. Well staffed, clean and hardly had to queue for the slides despite there being plenty of people there.

Just a super fun awesome day! Guaranteed fun for all ages, we felt like a little kid going around all the amazing slides. The grounds itself is well maintained and really quite beautiful. The staff are fantastic all so helpful and really good with people just felt a good environment. I would recommend maybe go early as you can if you want a sun lounger, we managed to get one over in the new area where the adult pool/bar was- it was really nice the area only opened in August, toilets were super clean and I couldn’t fault anything. Thanks for a really fun day 👏🤩 I would add more vid/photos but it’s best left for a surprise when you visit 🙂

Super impressed with Waterbom! We recently visited with our 5 and 7 year old children. We had the best family day. The park is very clean and I was really impressed with the number of staff at the park keeping it clean. Including a staff member cleaning the toilets after each person. We felt very safe with many ride attendants and lifeguards at every slide and attraction. Excellent variety of food at reasonable prices. We pre-purchased tickets for ease of entry as well as a cabana for the day. The cabana included a safe which was very helpful. The children’s area is a fantastic setup. I highly recommend visiting Waterbom :-)

So happy to finally visit this place again! They have promo during pandemic and only open Friday-Sunday. The staff are super friendly and very informative. My husband tried all the slides, while me only 80% of them lol. It’s terrifying all the long very high slides. But we were both having so much fun. At the entrance we needed to put some deposit for buying/renting things inside the venue. There are food stalls inside, so we can have lunch there. The price is obviously more expensive than outside restaurants. But still affordable if you’re starving. They also have photographers around the area. After finished having fun, we could print the pictures or ask for the softcopy. To get all the softcopy, we need to pay 300k. Quite expensive lol but okay lah, it’s not like everyday experience. Ahya, don’t use any swimwear with zipper. My husband needed to buy a new swimming short there since he brought one with zipper. It cost us 500++k lol. So, learn from our experience and don’t forget to have fun 🥳

The best water theme park I've been to so far. Great rides, very helpful staff and an all-round fun atmosphere. The park is cashless, so be sure to deposit at least 100,000 rupiah in the contactless wristband for locker rental (35,000 rupiah, with a 30,000 rupiah refundable deposit), photo purchase (150,000 rupiah for one photo folder) etc

The place is not that big, but it was really good. Activities are quite complete and has a lot of choices for kids and adult. The slides are also quite new which will give you new experiences if your quite used to water theme park. They just lack ways to take pictures for those extreme rides. For me those are quite important since not everyone could try it.

Fun for all ages. A waterproof wristband is issued to you on entry and you deposit funds onto it as the park is cashless. We purchased lockers, towels, lunch, drinks, cocktails and ice creams using the wristbands and were pleasantly surprised we didn’t spend a fraction of what we expected to. Waterbom Park is aesthetically lovely, gardens everywhere, plenty of sun shaded spots, lots of waterslides, pools and a lazy river. Life guards are everywhere and monitor the water constantly, there are first aid points frequently for any minor scratches etc. The food court has lots of options, we had nachos and they were really good. There are other cafes and swim up bars available as well. Not many photos to share because I put my phone in the locker and just enjoyed the park.

What can I say, one of the best water parks I've been to. Firstly, it is easy to locate. It's within walking distance in the kuta area. I went on a Saturday, and there was no long queue. I cannot confirm if it is cheaper to purchase tickets online and in advance, but it was really affordable on-site. The place is really well kept and maintained. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to buy food and drinks. There is wifi everywhere! Oh, and it's free! There is no need to worry about not being connected to the outside world. The lifeguards all speak English. It is easy to navigate once inside, and all workers are really friendly should you get lost and ask for help. It was an incredible experience, worth the price and time

It was a memorable day for us. I went to many water parks in this trip and I can say that it was the best. The staff were very polite and respectful. I definitely suggest you to dedicate a whole day to Bali Abbey Park. Lockers can be rented in two different sizes. They took the food with me at the beginning of our arrival, but put it in the fridge and gave it to us when we left. The quality of the food inside the Abbey Park was high, but it was acceptable.

Still perfect at their service and quality. Unlike the other waterpark, which is abandoned and dirty. This waterbom, THE waterbom Bali is very well maintained! I repeat, very well maintained. All water slide is at good condition, well function and health protocol applied. You can join their annual member pass. CHSE protocol is applied. They limit numbers of visitors, it just 50 percent of park capacity.

The park is super clean with you always seeing staff out cleaning. The rides are amazing and depending on when you get there wait times aren't that bad. Food is well priced in comparison to Aussie Dollars with an average lunch costing just $15. The perfect place for families with little kids with 2 designated kids areas with so much to do and the lazy river ride is also perfect for them. We also liked it was a cashless system so no chance of losing money or it being stolen :) Definitely buy tickets in advance to save yourself time getting in.

What an amazing place. Clean and the staff are super friendly. We had a blast. The lazy river was my favourite. You can just relax and let it take you all around the scenic route. There is so much greenery. Absolutely loved the place. Plus the idea of having bands to put your money in is just brilliant. You don't have to carry anything with you and you can just swim and relax. Also highly recommend getting the orange band, this let's photographers around the water park know that you want photos and they take some amazing shots. Highly recommended for big groups and families. We got Cabana which helped with a place to rest and sleep if you are going to spend the whole day with kids. Can't wait to do it again!!! ❤️👍😊👏

Brilliant experience! The staff was so friendly and kind to us! :) A lot to do in the park, good signings/maps and lots of fun! The food was really good and the price of it was cheap. Overall an amazing day and I would recommend it to everyone who loves water slides!

Fantastic waterpark. Very clean and tidy. The water was nice and clean. Staff very kind and friendly. A wide choice of slides and activities. We went mid week, max 10-15 minute queues, after 3pm no waiting or queues. Unfortunately a 20% tax on food and drinks.

This place is funny and clean. The staff really friendly help everyone to enjoy the attractions. It’s the perfect place to spend time with your friends and get fun. Also the food is really nice and you can choose between Indonesian food, Asian delights, western food and Italian food. A little bit expensive the cost of the pictures that the photographer took for you, especially in the smartphone era 😅 absolutely a recommended place!

I read many good comments about this place and yes! This is the best waterboom I’ve ever been. Its super clean, super safe and the staff is excellent! The food inside also good and the price is not bad. If you looking for something to do for family (especially kids) around Kuta, i recommend this place in the first place!

Had so much fun at Waterbom Bali!!!! The staffs were so friendly! Love their garden that made me feel like in the middle of a jungle 💥💥 cashless payment made things easier. Try to come early in the morning so you can experience every slides and attractions. I'll come back for sure!

One of the best all day activities for kids (and adults). Huge pool with swim up bar. 12 slides for all ages and thrill seekers. There is no card or cash facility so I recommend loading up in advance on the wristband. Great thing is, whatever you don’t spend you get back in cash (no fee or commission taken). Food is really good and caters a wide variety of tastes from burgers, pizzas, asian, Mexican and drinks are pretty reasonably priced for soft drinks, beer and cocktails. I highly recommended forking out a little bit more to hire a gazebo for the day. They have a safe at the gazebo and you can get food and drink delivered. Cannot recommend Waterbom more highly.

Extremely clean! Staff was awesome…very friendly and always looking out for my children! We stayed basically the entire day and never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride. Good and drinks were delicious! The park photographers did a great job capturing memories and I ended up purchasing the entire digital package.

The waterbom park is a great attraction in Bali. A huge variety of water slides available, each offering a different experience and thrill. The price is very affordable, you can also rent a locker to put your things and rent towels if you need. There are attendants at the base of each slide with storage areas for hats, sunglasses and any other things you are carrying, which is great. The food area has a huge range of options, which you pay for on a wrist band that you “load” with money when you enter, saves you carrying around a wallet or cards. The lazy river is also a great way to relax and take in the beautiful gardens of Waterbom. 10/10

The park is great. 14 water slides in total. Mostly frequented by foreigners. The staff at the park are amazing. They are kind, helpful and friendly. Certainly enhances the entire experience. Lots of greenery around the place so lots of places to hide from the blazing sun and the place is extremely windy which is good. Just opposite the park is a mall which has a view of the beach. Nothing really much at the mall.

A fantastic park with a great variety of thrill rides and medium-fast rides for water park novices and adrenaline junkies alike. The landscaping is well thought out and beautifully maintained, the staff are passionate about their jobs helping to make each ride experience even better. The facilities are pristine and the quality of the meals is excellent, even if the portion size isn’t very generous. Cleanliness is kept to an outstanding level thanks to the number of staff on hand in the key areas of the park. All that is missing is a wave pool, jacuzzis and more relaxation areas, but apart from that this park can come highly recommended.

Im doing family vacation here in waterbom bali. I dont remember how many times ive been here since i was a kid around 10 years old. No words can describe waterbom. Overall, they developed this tourist attraction very well. It is one of the best waterpark that can be find in bali. They have huge parking space, and do many choose of food and beverages inside. But unfortunately, due to covid i think waterbom only operates on friday, saturday and sunday. Hopefully things will back to normal

Booked a bungalow and stayed the whole day. Prices were reasonable, good food and drinks. Matter of fact the pizza we had could possibly be THE best I've ever had.. absolutely delicious. We were there during Christmas period so pretty busy but everything was really fun.

I hit,cut and sliced my foot in one of the slides ( climax) and my foot has a broken toe and plenty of stitches. It's not safe, I won't bring my kids again or let any of my friends bring theirs. Now I cannot walk, take a proper shower, use my spa monthly subscription I paid for. The first aid put stitches on my foot and gave me some medicines, but this should never have happened. And I have to continue the treatment on my own cost. Again, it's not safe for your kids.

I had an amazing time at this wonderful place with a wide variety of activities to enjoy. Amazing waterpark! So many fun slides! They have a new beach club area which is nice. Also, the wave surfing thing is so much fun. There are plenty of food options, price is ok. On the whole, really good.

Impressive venue, well maintaint, well trainned crew, good food

My kids has requested must need to visit this place when we read the travel book before the trip. Turned out it is very nice place for the kids, some slides are very existing. It was not very long queue in afternoon. But actually there are not many slides. The payment system is very nice concerning so we do not need to take any cash during playing.

Anyone claiming this establishment overpriced doesn't understand business management. It IS appropriately priced as this water park is well and cleanly managed! Its vibes, atmosphere, cleanliness, professionalism and staff's friendliness as well as quick response to guest needs are above par. Some will find the slides amazing, some less than awesome; that is very subjective. What really matters is with all the facilities they have at WB the management really keeps them well, safe, clean and above all pleasantly comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for family with kids!

No Doubt Waterbom Bali is a must visit if you are travelling to Bali. The rides are simply amazing. The crew is really supportive. We had booked online so there was no such waiting for us. Every ride is different from another. Cons - for every ride you have to climb 300-500 stairs and which makes you tired very quickly. Probably that’s the business plan. Food is pretty expensive there and you can’t carry yours. Best is to go there on time, when it opens so that you can have majority of rides without waiting.

The rides was awesome, try the ‘climax’ and ‘smashdown 2.0’ if you’re a adrenaline junkie. Service was good also, currently they only open on friday, saturday and sunday.

During this pandemic they sell the entrance fee ticket only for 200k. The staff are so friendly, kind and warm. Super 5 stars!

Great day out with the family, with lots of amazing water slides. Great fun for friends ups and little ones. Lots of friendly staff to ensure it is cleaned regularly, food options were plentiful and good weather is guaranteed . Changing and locker areas were very clean.

The park has about 15 slides and they are this for adults and kids who are taller than 120 cm. We were adults only but enjoyed a lot. My favorite was boomerang. It’s very efficient with no cash payment in the park. You are given a wrist band and you use it to buy things in the park such as food and extra activities such as flow rider. There are a bunch of photographers in the park to take your pictures and they also give you another wristband for those pictures. You are not obligated to buy those pictures but we bought them because they were good. They are also not like paparazzis so they only take pictures when you are on certain slides. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I recommend this place to everyone. It’s also good for families with small kids as they have a designated area for kids

We had a awesome day in Waterbom park. First, they give you a wrist band that you can charge and buy food, drinks, etc. in the park. If your wrist band is still charged when you leave. The rest of the money will be returned to you. It is a large water park with high water slides. One of the best parts is the lazy river that sleeps on the tube and the flow of water moves you in a green direction. There are a number of cafes and fast foods there. We used massage there, they were not professional but it is good for the park. Spend a full day at Waterbom, it 's a lot of fun.

Waterbom was amazing. We spent our last day on Bali having fun in Waterbom. The place is highly maintained with life guards and extremely friendly staff everywhere. The place is also very technological. We booked online and we got a locker that opens with a hand band. Bathrooms are very clean. The restaurant was having really delicious food. All slides were very exciting and we were having a lot of fun going from one slide to another. We highly recommend this place.

The best water park I’ve been to. Not only are the rides great (there are c.20+ alone, with volleyball, ping pong, kids etc) but the service is absolutely incredible. Changing rooms / toilets are sparkling clean (pic below taken from Google images - Musings), always dry and constantly attended to, the locker system is really clever and the lifeguards / ride guides are so warm and friendly + always on hand to help. It was hard at the time to put into words how well run this park is and I couldn’t recommend Waterbom highly enough

Pro: A big waterpark in Bali WORTH the price you are paying for. So many different thrilling rids you can try. Been coming here since I was an elementary student! Food & bev prices are not too expensive for this kind of establishment in Bali. Water park for kids has gotten just better and better. Con: They have altered many rides, like smash down, for example. Very famous back then but now it's not there anymore (or changed to a less thrilling experience). The macaroni has become phytoon, but still same/fun experience. Many rides become too similar.
