Me
and
my
partner
attended
sky
garden
over
the
course
of
three
nights
over
the
span
of
8
days
given
it
was
the
reputable
establishment
to
consolidate
a
night
of
partying
at.
Tonight
my
partner
went
to
the
bathroom
at
a
substantial
level
of
intoxication
by
alcohol
and
after
a
considerable
amount
of
time
was
unaccounted
for
which
raised
my
concern
for
her
welfare
immensely.
I
asked
the
female
staff
in
the
bathroom
if
she
had
left
it
and
was
informed
that
she
left.
I
proceeded
to
check
the
main
dance
floor
and
bar
thoroughly
and
she
was
unaccounted
for.
I
went
to
the
main
entrance
of
the
club
and
proceeded
to
show
all
the
security
and
staff
there
a
photo
of
her
all
the
while
asking
if
she
had
left
and
was
told
that
she
had
left
the
club
by
these
staff.
To
further
add
to
this,
all
of
these
staff
were
familiar
with
her
given
the
way
they
greeted
her
on
entry
and
furthermore
my
fiancé
is
a
very
distinguishable
woman
and
is
hard
to
miss
by
the
photos
I
showed
to
staff.
In
light
of
this
information
I
tried
repeatedly
calling
my
partner
(31
times
in
total)
in
addition
to
texting
out
of
concern
for
her
welfare
given
she
is
in
a
foreign
country
and
severely
intoxicated.
I
proceeded
to
sprint
to
our
hotel
in
hopes
she
was
back
home
and
asleep
and
at
a
moment’s
notice
I
sprained
my
ankle
in
my
run
to
our
hotel
in
a
back
alley.
I
continue
my
sprint
home
by
hoping
on
one
foot
while
continuing
my
call
log
with
my
partner
with
no
reply.
I
return
to
my
hotel
and
she
is
not
present;
my
heart
sinks
and
I
fear
the
worst…
Shortly
after
the
distressing
situation
I
find
out
via.
Call
from
her
that
she
is
at
sky
garden
and
that
she
never
left.
Admittedly
she
has
accounted
to
a
large
portion
of
my
stress
on
this
night
but
irrespective
of
this
fact:
1.
Staff
saw
me
distressed
and
made
no
effort
to
take
my
concerns
serious
by
telling
me
with
certainty
that
my
partner
left
the
club
2.
Sky
garden
allowed
for
a
female
to
be
intoxicated
beyond
capacity
to
notify
someone
they
were
okay
for
over
an
hour
3.
Staff
showed
such
a
deep
level
of
neglect
that
they
told
me
my
partner
left
the
club
when
in
fact
this
was
not
the
case.
However
I
seem
to
look
at
this;
I
love
my
partner
beyond
comprehension
and
the
level
of
distress
and
heartache
I
was
put
under
because
of
attending
this
venue
is
inexcusable
and
unforgivable.
Irrespective
of
how
intoxicated
patrons
are,
customers
should
be
able
to
attend
this
venue
and
feel
safe
and
should
be
able
to
trust
and
rely
on
staff
for
definitive
answers
to
questions
or
no
answer
at
all
if
they
don’t
know
the
answer
to
a
question
that
is
asked.
This
very
well
have
been
an
accident
in
any
case
but
my
stress
tonight
was
very
real
and
beyond
me
giving
my
100;
I
felt
like
the
same
level
of
commitment
to
my
night
was
not
shared
by
sky
garden.
