Had their Sunday Brunch a few years back. Arguably the best in Bali. I visited here again last night for Christmas Eve's dinner with my bule family as well. The Xmas πŸŽ„ decor and ambiance were perfect. I wanted to highlight the mas waiter that tends to our table and fulfill our requests always with a smile and great attitude. I had Indonesian Oxtail Soup & Margherita Pizza with a bottle of local wine. Absolutely great pair. I tried my wife's ribeye steak, which was delicious as well. Snapper and or fresh catch of the ocean was grilled to perfection. Definitely my fave restaurant in Mulia Bali. If you stay in The Mulia or Resort you can ask the buggy to pick you up or drop you off at the roundabout.

Absolute indulgence! The food quality was fantastic, the seafood was amazing...perhaps the lobsters just slightly overcooked. This is a very popular Sunday brunch and you’ll need to book well in advance. I have just found out that this brunch is so popular, Soleil are doing the same thing for dinner on a Friday and Saturday night. Definitely a must try. The package cost about AU$100 per person for all you can eat including alcoholic 🍸 drinks, less if choose the non-alcoholic option with mocktails instead.

One of the best buffets i have ever had. The great first. Place is stunning for dΓ©cor, service and atmosphere. Price as high as it is is very worth it in my opinion. Anything from the menu was world class both in presentation and taste. Including the Foie gras and the creme brulee Foie gras. The Duck confee and lamb chop were insanely good. Simply Devine. The cheese station and carving meat station especially the lamb shawarma were heavenly. Special thanks to Adit from the front desk that has an incredible smile and the best communication skills. He showed me to the restaurant since I was lost. Such an amazing person with warm personality. Now for the items that need major improvement. All the deserts ware very bland and poorly made. They all look great in photos but taste not good at all. Biggest fail ware the crab legs. They were cold and all overcooked. I tried a few but non can be eaten and the meat in all of them crumbled and was inedible. The shrimp as well was very large and overcooked. The coffee drinks ware great. Sadly the juices were not fresh. All came from cans and store bought. Easily fixed Overall its still an amazing place to have brunch. The team made every effort to make peoples birthdays fun and memorable. Thank you.

Highly recommend the escargot, it’s served in a puff pastry, reminds us of the taste of Paris. Enjoyed the escargot so much, we ordered it 3x. Also enjoyed the cheese fondue and Tom yum soup. Nice restaurant to cap off the day with wine and beer after being outside the sea and pool. Shout out to our server Chandra for taking good care of us and always being prompt with the full service.

Dropped in for a coffee while exploring the hotel. We were greeted warmly by staff and made to feel very welcome. The coffee was great and the view sensational but what stood out the most was the top class service we received from one staff member in particular... Lestari! Well done for setting such a high standard for quality five star service.

We had dinner in Soleil’s outdoor dining area on the last night of our Mulia stay. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and faces the iconic statues and the pool. We started with Spring Rolls and Minestrone Soup. The Spring Rolls were fresh and crispy but the soup was sub par. We moved on to our mains- Margherita Pizza and Alfredo Fettuccine. Both dishes were incredibly bland with no depth. For dessert, we had pudding and ice cream, however, it also felt lacklustre. The service was excellent on par with the Mulia standards found across the resort. We had higher expectations and felt mildly disappointed with the food. Soleil is most known for their Sunday Brunch, perhaps they have better offerings during that time.

Service - for sure 5 stars. Servers were all friendly and nice. Attentive and made sure we're happy eating. Premise - nice and casual but yet didn't have the feel of a cheap beach side eating place. Food - shroom soup not as good that in IL Mare, Mulia Senayan. Beef cheeks - looks as good as it tastes. Garlic soup - nice. Tasty and not too savoury. Beautiful. Salmon - not so good. Dry and overall below expected. Ravioli - good and tasty. Portion was 2/3 raviolis too little? Pasta - the beef ragout sauce was not as tasty as expected but the pasta itself was done well. Squid - good but can be done better. I can't put a finger to it but something was missing here. Wine - good selection but what blew my mind is that for a Malbec, we paid 900k here but for a Pinot Noir, it was 600k in Mulia Jakarta. πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ

I wanted to give this place 3 stars, but I had to drop it to 1 after an issue with my bill and waiting for 30 minutes to get it sorted. The food is average, you can get the same in any global buffet in the UK for Β£19.99, no need to pay this crazy 799k (Β£50+) plus 10% service and 10% gov tax per person. I was expecting to see more seafood, oysters, crab and better quality food. We waited for ages for our drinks order to be taken and our table was not cleared regularly so we ended up with loads of empty plates which looked ugly. We have not been offered anything from the a la carte menu, the service was lacking, perhaps not enough staff or not properly trained. The food was ok, hot items were lukewarm, desserts did not taste homemade, probably defrosted on the day, creme caramel rubbery, cheesecake base and choux were soggy, very disappointing. Sashimi and tempura prawns were delicious, the rest was just ok, definitely not worth the money. I’ve had better food for 40k in a local warung.

This was my favorite meal in the time that I spent in Bali. I had the minestrone soup as a starter, the ravioli which was absolutely sublime and the Mediterranean Asian seabass. The service is top notch although I did feel a bit rushed from one course to the next. They could have slowed it down a bit. But overall an excellent experience.

Beautiful restaurant & a huge selection of dishes at their Sunday Brunch Buffet! There are so many food options: from the big buffet to a long list of Γ  la carte dishes (all included!). But I’d advise not to order/take too much food because, in our case, the staff brought many random dishes to the table when we were at the buffet. When we asked about them, they said it was for us to try the dishes. We didn’t mind it and were happy to try them, but if that’s not your thing, I’m sure you can ask them not to do that. The food itself was mostly pretty good! What stood out for us were the oysters (they were huge!!) and the appetisers and desserts, which were all really tasty. Most of the mains were just alright though. The service is a little messy because it’s a very busy place, but everyone was friendly :) It’s quite expensive compared to other restaurants in Bali (we paid ~110AUD/pp), but you do get a huge selection of food!

Sunday brunch. Main pluses are the service and atmosphere, food is mid to disappointing all around. Of course the pool is extremely magnificent. Saw a bunch of flies on the seafood tower, ordered a medium rare steak that came well done. French toast was nice though. For one of the most highly rated buffets in bali, expected higher quality food. Skip unless forced to go.

Been wanting to go here for the food and it did not disappoint. I had the steak which we cooked to perfection and the wait staff was able to accommodate my requirements. Service is of a high standard. The seafood we ordered was cooked perfectly (indeed often tricky to get right). And the dessert was very nice. Looking forward to coming back and getting the brunch.

Wow Amazing brunch spent chatting with friends for 3 hours whilst being served the finest al la carte food. My taste buds were in heaven. The service was impeccable and the waitress had a great sense of humour. It’s always good to laugh. Highly highly recommended. Thank you Soleil.

We've been at Soleil several times fur Sunday Brunch in recent months and food and service were always excellent. Today's Christmas lunch was not as good, many wrong orders delivered by staff and quality not as good as usual, perhaps because it was busier than usual. After brunch my parents went for a stroll at the beach and pool and sat down for a few minutes at one of the pool loungers. Within minutes security came and literally forced them out of the pool area as we are not house guests. We just spent 10Mio at their restaurant and not allowed to sit down for a few minutes at the almost empty pool area. Ridiculous poor policy and service. Will not come back.

Fantastic pastas! We ate here twice during our stay, because the food was just so good! No photo of the main dish (we jumped right into it!), just our desserts- which was also really really good We had the seafood pasta and the deconstructed lasagna, amazing

We went here for the Sunday brunch, it was fantastic, the food was good and fresh, they do serve both buffet and a la carte which was great and the service also excellent, we did enjoy our meal here. Ps, We didn’t stay in hotel therefore we booked table through on website and paid around 50 AUD deposit for 2 of us as we picked the non alcohol package.

What can you say about the big lunch at the Mulia? Our sevo d time there but because of covid it's sort of a buffet but the writers get the food for you behind perspex shields. Still brilliant

Very impressive hotel, very well trained staff and great location. I great deal of care has gone into designing this hotel to look unique and eye catching. We had lunch by the pool and it didn't disappoint.

We were at their Sunday Brunch last weekend. And was blown away with the outstanding service and the restaurant location. Kudos to the service staff, with special mention to Yoga. Besides the myriad of dishes from the buffet spread, there were also ala-carte dishes to choose from. We were plied non-stop with the menu dishes and drinks. The oysters were the biggest that I have seen so far! And the appetiser dishes and the mocktails were delicious. Was too full and was not able to sample their main dishes πŸ˜…. The brunch was certainly the highlight of my Nusa Dua trip. Keep up the good work. πŸ‘

Amazing scenery and architecture. Food was fresh however not as flavoursome as expected from such a venue. Will come back to sample more.

went to the Sunday brunch. Incredible with great service. they bring stuff to your table in addition to the open buffet without even asking. But after 5 plates I felt like I was going into a food coma plus heart attack combined. Shortness of breath, chest pains, insane drowsiness. Highly recommended !

Everyone loved their food! Chef customized our orders with sauce changes we requested. The home made pasta was excellent and clearly tasted home made! There were many unique items on the menu. The salads were huge and definitely sharable. A variety of very fresh, different breads were complementary with the meal. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. The house white Bali wine was surprisingly dry and decent! (They told us the grapes are actually grown in Australia)

Overpriced for what you get (unlimited ala carte menu) but each dish was good. If it had fresh seafood like shrimps, lobsters, crabs (king crab legs for example) then the price would make it worth it. But as is, it's just okay.

Soleil Sunday brunch quality of food is just πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» My favorite will be their meat section, complete cheese varieties, oyster and also their pan seared foie gras. I was too full so not able to try everything from a la carte menu. Alcoholic drink quality can be improved. Can’t wait to be back again. PS: they have group offer as well, just ask πŸ˜‰

Restaurant facing the sea. Get the seats near the window. No dress code, but definitely no singlets for men. Aircon a bit cold so during warm days good to get the seats outside. The variety of food is amazing, from western to Vietnamese to Indonesians to Thai food. We tried the rucula salad, the fresh Vietnamese spring rolls and the angus ribeye steak 300 Gr. The salads were amazing - they used fresh ingredients and we finished the two plates quite quickly. The steak was tasty - we didn’t even need the sauce to enjoy it; but admittedly the texture was a bit tough even for a medium cooked steak. Probably good to order the Wagyu next time. Allan was a very good and attentive waiter, I liked the service and the fact he took time to explain what the choices are based on our tastes. Recommended - I came here for daytime lunch and dinner. Both good atmosphere to enjoy the food and excellent service

We ate brunch here for my Birthday and it did not disappoint. Quite possibly the best dining experience I have had, and head and shoulders above anything in Bali. The staff were brilliant, and a special mention to Letra, at Soliel/ Mulia, who arranged it all and was superbly attentive throughout. Tip: The drinks package with brunch is essential.
