The treatment was honestly one of the most pofessional I have ever experienced, I can highly recommend the doctor, he knew exactly what to do in my case. After the diagnosis and deep cleaning of my ear, I also got the medication right away, as well as medical report for my insurance. The best service of a clinic that I have experienced so far.

This place like many hospitals in Bali (BIMC, SILOAM etc) over charge you depending on your origins : they have a price list for locals, foreigners with Kitas, foreigners etc but not only for consultation but also for the MEDECINE !! So they tried to sell me ear drops 420 000 Rp (OTOPAIN) while the price is 80 000 Rp - 100 000 Rp in any Apotek, more than 4 times more expensive just because I’m a foreigner so the management focus on MONEY. This behavior is disgusting and that’s why insurances are more and more expensive every year, what a shame. The staff is really nice and helpful that’s why I used to love going to Unicare but sadly like many places, management is only after money with poor ethics, having a price list for medecine for locals and foreigners just show how much a rip off this place is. Do not buy any medecine there and ask to write the prescription on the health report, they can’t force you to buy medecine at Unicare without writing the medecine recommended on the report this is illegal.

I received the best service in this clinic. I had to take my 3rd rabies vaccine after being bitten by a monkey in Kuala Lumpur. I found all the personnel very caring and professional. They are following the World Health Organization guidelines in the treatments they are providing. They did a follow up the day after the shot to check if I was still ok! Totally recommend. The doctors were skilled and meticulous in their treatment, and the nurses were incredibly caring. I felt well taken care of and left with proper wound care instructions.

After coming down with a very decent case of 'Bali Belly', I was driven to my local Medical Centre. The staff took one look at me and whisked me straight away into a room and onto a bed to lie down to be examined. I was swiftly hooked up to fluids and vitamins and given all manner of prescription drugs to stop the nausea and cramping in my stomach as well as electrolytes to take home, probiotics, antibiotics, charcoal tablets and a stomach protector. Bloods and other samples were also taken. The staff here worked quickly and efficiently and I felt safe and in good hands the whole time. The bill came to 2.710.000 which is about right for this service. They checked in via WhatsApp to see how I was once I had left their care and also sent me thorough test results. I attended the clinic after being bitten by a dog in the Uluwatu area (minor punctures). The staff were extremely helpful and caring and walked me through the treatment categories associated with dog bites (rabies boosters, tetanus shots and immunoglobulin treatment).
