Got a bad cut on my toe from surfing. They did an amazing job. More expensive, but you get very good treatment and your insurance will pay for it (I hope so). Also they spoke good english, which makes you feel way more comfortable in this kind of situation. Good job!

Great and fast service. The doctor spends a lot of time by explaining medication treatment and speaks really good Englisch. The nurse is great as well and really calm and friendly. It is not really cheap but it is great and fast help!

I burnt on my back using an older electric heating pad to soothe a back problem; and, I fell asleep on it 😳. The burn wouldn't heal, & being far away from my home in Canada, I lacked supplies, plus I made bad choices (snorkeling, pools, sweating, etc). The infection was quite painful but the team was excellent! Gentle, compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable. I came in in the morning after suffering from infected reef cuts from surfing and suspecting an ear infection. Right on my arrival I was taken care of and was able to get checked my the nurse and doctor on site without any wait. The doctor and nurse took both fantastic care of me despite the very painful conditions I came with. Within less than 30 min they had cleaned up my ears, wounds and prepared every medications for the upcoming 5 days until I would fly back to Europe and see another provider there. For all international review readers: they provide amazing post-care services sending all photos, reports from the doctor and payment breakdown + receipt via WhatsApp. This is a game changer. Can’t recommend enough!

Cannot explain how grateful I am for the ladies at Uluwatu Medical Care. I had a little accident on a scooter and wanted to get cleaned up properly. Had a short wait and when I was seen the Doctor asked lots of questions to put my mind at ease whilst she sorted me out. They provided me with antiobiotics and other medicine and told me how to correctly care for my wound. They made me feel so comfortable as I was a little scared about what to do, being a young traveller on my own. Cannot thank them enough. Would highly recommend :)

I went in with a very painful right ear. I was quickly assessed and given the correct medication by staff that had no problem understanding and speaking English. I was well looked after and had my medical issues resolved so that I can continue my holiday in Bali without issue. We went there for a ear checkup and didn‘t wait for five minutes. The team there was very kind and they gave great service: super fast whatsapp contact and digital medical results. We received some medication and also the examination was undertaken carefully.

My partner & I recently had a bad bout of Bali Belly and he couldn't leave our Villa. A doctor and nurse came to our villa for a house visit and they were very friendly and professional. I also had tonsillitis and between us we were given two IV drips to rehydrate and a bunch of antibiotics and anti-inflams. It was $430 AUD each but worth every cent and hoping we will be able to get that back on travel insurance. Highly recommend.

Today I went to the doctor at Uluvatu Medical Care with an ear infection. There were no queues. I was absolutely delighted with the service provided. Everything was done professionally, with care, explanation of the diagnosis and treatment. I received a set of medication without having to go to the pharmacy. Very good level of communication in English. Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area who will need prompt and professional medical care!

I went to the clinic as a traveller and was really satisfied with their service. Their English is good, they take the time to explain the diagnosis and the treatment very well, the staff is extremely friendly and everything was super uncomplicated. I received all the documents I needed for my travel insurance and getting an appointment was possible each and every day. If you are a foreign traveller I can only reccommend coming here with your health concerns.

Wish I could say better about this place. They booked me in very efficiently, but neglected to diagnose me properly only to realise a week later that I in fact had a parasitic infection. My symptoms weren’t necessarily heading that direction however when I went home that day I spiked a fever and that should’ve been their first indication. When I visited they gave me an IV but the nurse seemed quite under confident and missed my vein making 2 injuries not just one,

Cannot recommend this clinic enough! My husband and I were visiting Bali and got into a motorbike accident. The team here were incredible in our care, including 10+ stitches in my knee. They acted quickly and professionally and talked us calmly through our treatment. Uluwatu Medical Care made an awful situation much better!

Absolutely outstanding service. I made a last minute appointment for a general check up and was seen within a day. The doctor was very nice and thorough. The staff on reception were extremely friendly and made the process very pleasant. A week after my appointment they followed up to see how I was feeling. The doctor was very thorough with his assessment of me, he administered an infusion drip, injection and send away samples for testing and my results came back in a few hours. He was very patient, understanding and put my mind at ease. The process was very good and they stayed in touch via WhatsApp which made getting my prescription antibiotics very easy!

This is one of the best medical centers. I’m in Bali just for 2 weeks and had a surfing accident so I had to get some stitches and they did it perfectly and everything was so clean and so amazing. I know how it feels to go to a medical center in a different country but I swear this medical center makes you feel like you’re home

I came for an evalutaion on a Celulite infecction after the 3°antibiotic shot and they have cleaned my wounds very well and followed with the adicional two shots!!
