Lack of hospitality. The outdoor area's staffs were not that welcoming and helpful, they're so busy with their handy talky thingy and didn't really pay attention to the customer. We asked for a simple syrup and tomato sauce, twice, and it never came. Location is great, decent place, pastries and foods are nice, hot chocolate is okay, but I'd rather go to another place that has better services, there are tons of bakery cafes like this all around Bali.

One of the most popular cafe & patisseries in Seminyak area. They have bakeries in the front and cafes at the back (both indoor and outdoor). The place has great ambience and the staffs were all great and affable. It opens from early morning (perhaps around 8 AM) until 9 PM with 8.15 PM as the last order time. Since i came quite late, i chose the menu which is fast to prepare and found that the food didn't perform as what the restaurant is hyped for. The bread is nice, however the chicken meat is kind of dry. They do though give a generous portion of it. Overall, a bit of an underwhelming experience. Perhaps i will come again to taste their pastries.

yes the decor is nice however I have been coming to MS spoon for a few years now however this last trip was VERY disappointing, served water is a dirty glass poor trained staff that just look at you with no clue! advertising gluten free food on the menu when in fact has gluten and last but not least the toilet is not clean super dirty , twice this week been there no toilet paper !! No Manager there around but leaving this review so some improvements can be made!

For is very good , treat but not greasy or heavy. The juices were freshly squeezed. There is variety on the menu but it's not huge as they focus on quality vs variety. The atmosphere is very chill but it is a bit dark inside the original area and the low yellow lighting doesn't help . The expanded area is much nicer and brighter. The music is at a good volume , lots enough to block it light conversation from the other guests but not overbearing. The service was a bit slow and I can see some staff just standing around , they are such to react when called upon but not proactive in seeing you need service. There is outdoor seating which is nice, especially in the morning Overall I'd come back for the food but not for the atmosphere

Went there for a quick breakfast and was mind blown by the interior of the place. It was the best cafe that we visited in Bali. We ordered 2 of their pastries (Croissant and Ham n Cheese) and again mind blown by their pastries quality. I saw online that the red soup is quite famous here, the waiter did warned us that the soup was cold (not hot soup). It was a vegan menu and rich of tomato juice. It was OK. Soooo gooood!!! Chicken Kecombrang is very unique and flavourful while the lamb meat in Nasi Goreng Kambing is super tender and aromatic. They use basmati rice for all the fried rice (who knew?!) Had they added raisins it could easily pass as biryani 🫶 Haven't written google review in a while but I just had to on this one. We actually went there for the infamous croissant, but Nasi Goreng is winning 💯

Hands down the best croissant I have had for a while. Millefeuille for dessert was also superb. NY salmon bagel was good, not great. Don't expect a thick dense bagel and you will enjoy the flavour. The wide selections of Indonesian dishes from Dewata by Monsieur Spoon was also amazing. We ordered French Breakfast with croissant and pain au chocolat, NY smoked salmon bagel, soto ayam, sop buntut, and Millefeuille to finish it off.
