Cozy place with good bread selections. We had burgers but with multi grain bread, bagel with salmon and multi grain bread with poached eggs. All of them are delicious. We choose outdoor seating, very limited space but nice. The coffee is so-so. The juice selections are fresh.

Famous for a well-known reason! I tried their viral cromboloni. It's 9/10. A must try if you love croissant with lots of filling. It's okay, but for me it's too sweet bc I dont like sweet. But you must try it or their other bakery too!

This place will solve your morning drowsiness. Firstly, for boys. it's coffee, remember to add the red sugar. Secondly, go for the wagyu burger and the see photo. Actually the store offers a lot more stuff and I am just scratching the top of the iceberg. After I left the place, I felt better to run thru the day with other activities in bali. Thanks Monsieur

So much review and I tot given it is a French patisserie, can't go wrong with coffee and Croissant. Guess what? The Croissant (ordered a Truffle Eggs and Mushroom croissant) and it was rubbery and chewy. On a plate full of ants crawling about. I sent this back and though they offered to make a new one, I declined. The most terrible Croissant I've ever eaten.

Loved this little place! It’s pretty small, so maybe you’ll have to wait a bit for a sitting table, but we were lucky to get the last open table straight away. Service was friendly and came to out table straight away. Ordered our food and they had everything listed on the menu - no bad surprises. Food and coffee came in great, and we had a great time. Recommended for a nice breakfast.

Lebih prefer ke Monsieur Spoon disini, tidak terlalu ramai dan santai. All were very good, the almond chocolate croissant were my absolute favorite, so I'm back ordering for take away 🥐🤩 Staffs are warm.

Decided to come here for breakfast as i knew this place was practically a Bali institution. Have to admit that the coffee was nice but wasnt anything to shout about. Ordered a croissant and chocolate pastry which was quite delicious. Pastry was flaky and not too sweet. The interior is homely and nice but not exactly instagram worthy if that's your thing. Not quite worth a special trip but ok to visit if its in your vicinity

Coffee is a little disappointing. There are disadvantages of not cold coffee and less sour beans. They don't use their own roasting. But French bread is really delicious.

Went there around 8.10pm on 4 Feb and was told only take away available as they were closing. Told them that it states 9pm as closing time and they replied that they needed time to pack up. Nobody was in the shop except for the staffs that were on their phones.

Really beautiful, small bakery with delicious food in the centre of Seminyak. The vibes were nice and the service was good. However , we visited on a hot day and the air conditioning didn’t seem strong enough to cook the entire place, which was a pity though.

The food, drinks and desserts are good. We did have to ask them to reheat our hot drinks, as they were served at room temperature. But they did reheat those, without any issues. 👍🏻 A major con is the washroom. As one can see in the pics, it is in dire need of cleaning and renovation. There's mold too. Hope this is fixed soon. 🙏🏻

Very well made pastries… croissants were delicious, crispy on the outside, fluffy and soft on the inside.. though it’s a small place with limited seats indoors and outdoors. I enjoyed myself tremendously and packed some of their baked goods for friends too. I ordered a Wagyu croissantwich with scrambled eggs… eggs was soft and fluffy, patty seasoned and seared just the right amount and pastry crispy and soft… super good… don’t miss this if you are even here.

Nestled within its charming thematic interior, this exquisite French bakery exudes an undeniable allure. Despite its quaint size, the café emanates an unparalleled coziness. Indulge in the delightful array of freshly squeezed juices and delectable pastries, ensuring a truly delightful experience.

Food is good. Had the quiche. Not a very big place with maybe less than 30 pax seating inside? The chocolatine was great My only gripe is the long waiting time despite it pretty empty at 3pm

Amazing French bakery if your looking for fresh croissants and small desserts! You can tell these local pastry chefs have a passion for French baking - the croissants were perfectly flakey and still warm out of the oven - reminded me of baked goods in Paris. Not many tables, so be prepared for a little wait if it’s rush hour. They are also available of GrabEats if you are looking for delivery/take away.

Tiny coffee spot in seminyak with great bakes, i love the bread, they make authentic european style bread with the best texture i rarely found in Indonesia. The menus are all halal infact lean more on vegs, i tried the mushroom baguette and it exceeded my expectation (althought i had bad experience with the jakarta branch, not the same quality)

A secret portal from Bali to France 🎉 The best 3 things about this place: the quality of olive oil, the taste of breads and the taste of chocolate. Since half of the customers inside are French, I went in thinking it would be of good quality and it didn't mislead me :) They have wifi and a garden where you can smoke outside. It would be better if they put some more tables inside. I will come again 🙏🏻

Located on a very busy street in the busy tourist area of Seminyak. This bakery is small and ordinary, very different from its luxurious outlets in Jakarta (and long queues). Not instagram worthy, if you are into it 😊. This bakery provides a variety of pastries and the highlight is croissants. Actually, I think the croissants taste just as they should be. Nothing special. But for me and my husband it became special coz it was accompanied by warm tea, in the afternoon with heavy rain. Friendly service. There is a dine-in menu that is diverse with a pretty good taste. We have salad. We park our car in Seminyak Square, or 3' walk to MS.

nice open terrace for brunch worth a visit must try their croissant!! croissant : 5/5 avocado bruschetta : 3.5/5 french breakfast set : 4.5/5 cappuccino : 5/5 (best one i had in bali) long black : 5/5 (low acidity, which i prefer)

  • 5/5 Eresabeat J. 10 months ago on Google
I enjoyed every single bite of the bread! Considering the quality , the price is reasonable. Space was so small better to do quick grab and go.

  • 5/5 Tin N. 10 months ago on Google
Agreed. Best and flavorful and buttery and flaky croissant ever. Black croissant is a must try. Bread and ciabatta are also good, crunchy, and aroma. Coffee is great also.

the only problem in this place is that one gets spoilt for choice !!😍😍 Weight watchers BEWARE ! This is not the place for you . On a serious note tried the coffees … a cappuccino and latte.. both perfect and then the pastries , eclairs and the UNIQUE Black yes black croissants worth a try

Food is not bad but I am concerned regarding their hygiene measures. All the pastries had flies on them so when the counter assistant went to. Reach for a croissant a dozen flies started swarming around. Then when I went to use the toilet it was located outside and was close to the makings of a shed. I was concerned I may have caught a food borne illness but so far so good.

Nice small bakery with a large variety of pastries and desserts. We ordered the truffle mushroom croissant, a beef patty croissant, cheese croissant, pain au chocolat, and a brownie. They all tasted really good and all the other desserts looked really appetising but we only had so much stomach space. The drinks were quite underwhelming though. Would visit again to try the rest of the baked goods and desserts.

It's a small monsieur spoon compare to other, but as you expect, love the breakfast menu. The flat white with almond milk i ordered was to thick but it's ok.

  • 4/5 Madalina R. 9 months ago on Google
Pro: cheese croissant was delicious buttery and filled with cheese on the inside, crisp and flaky on the outside. Caffe was strong and good portion Fresh juice was very good. First time I am getting 100% juice, no water additions. Cons: They did not have the pistachio rolls, it seems that they only have it in some days. Somehow disappointing considering the fact that this was the reason why I wanted to try the bakery. I had the milefeuille instead - not my fav, the feuille were unevenly baked.

  • 5/5 Felix G. 3 months ago on Google • 17 reviews New
. I bought the mini croissant (11k idr), the cheese croissant (33k idr), and a cappuccino (38k idr). The croissants are crispy. I like the butter feel too. However it is not flaky. Regardless it is still good croissants. The place is also not crowded compare other places.

Not my first time here. Been here many times. Croissant is to die for. Almost close to a real French croissant. My fav for breakfast is Salmon & egg on toast.

Place looks nice but few cakes and not something wow. Lemon cake 3 stars. Pumpkin soup 1 star. Wanted to order tomato soup from menu - not available. Why you have it on menu then? Worst pumpkin soup I have ever had. Sweet and no seasoning, no taste. Just mashed pumpkin with water. Will not return, waste of money. If you want to see what is good pastry, walk across the road to Livingstone huge coffee shop - the best in Seminyak. Monsier Spoon doesn't even come close.

  • 5/5 Agnes Tika S. 5 years ago on Google
Their croissant is the best in town, I think. I've never tasted better croissant before. They are available in various flavour; plain, chocolate, apple, raisin, etc. Breakfast time is the best time to visit here since they have a good menu.

  • 5/5 Foxxy L. 4 years ago on Google
This outlet is petite and has limited seats. But their croissants and assorted pastries will blow your mind. Coffee was almost perfect too. Wished I had more time in bali to revisit their cafe. Love it! 💜

The place is really small, only few tables inside and a few outside, the place is not for a large group, prob 6 is the max for this place. The food here, i tried cheese croissant and i forgot the other one, but its apple sauce inside it, it's really good. For drinks i tried the cappuccino, its feels strong and taste real good

Authentic little French bolongerie tucked away near Seminak Square. Delicious cakes & pastries of superb quality. Excellent coffee (hot & iced) as well with soy milk option! Return visit as we were impressed. Polite, Friendly and attentive staff (speaking English). Small but functional tables inside, but air conditioning was poor.

  • 5/5 Brian H. 4 years ago on Google
Amazing dark chocolate tart! Chocolate was really rich and bittersweet. Eclair was nice but a little too sweet for my liking. I also tried the pain au chocolat which was flaky! Best to eat it after heating up!

  • 4/5 Jia-wei C. 5 years ago on Google
Little cafe with a very nice and tasty selection of very good desserts. Also French bread and warm dishes are sold here in case someone wants to take some away or eat lunch here. The desserts looked super nice and my royal monsieur spoon was great. Unfortunately the coffee was far of the quality of the desserts. I would have been 5 stars if the coffee would just be a little bit better like in various other Bali Cafés

This was a grab delivery order. Latte was great and the packaging was nice too. Very impressed with their non plastic bag which I think everywhere shud adopt. The salmon sandwich unfortunately was a miss for me as utensils were missing (which I asked for), sauce was missing and there was a hair in there too :(
