Thought I’d just get ripped off as a tourist but they were good. Place was cleaner than I hoped, and the doctor was great, tried to match my back pain meds as close as possible to what I got in Singapore. Nurse giving me my steroid injection was super nice, she was a bit nervous dealing with me for some reason. All-in with consultation, injection and meds I was 1,100k which was very fair. Probably tourist prices but still reasonable!

First time visiting the clinic this morning. I found the entire experience very positive. The desk staff took all the particulars and the Dr Eka was very thorough with his assessment. He spoke excellent English and he laid out the options and his plan to mitigate and cure a stubborn lung infection and inflammation. I would recommend the clinic without hesitation.

The dentist was absolutely amazing I had a filling one tooth and was no injection for the filling he was great and was thorough in his work I recommend any person that has a tooth problem try this PURI MEDICAL CLINIC WELL done to the nurses who helped with my procedure if I need any dentist advice will be definitely going there again

My partner and I went into this Medical Clinic with mild Bali Belly. The staff all spoke very good English and were very friendly. The doctor was quick to assess us and explained in detail what medication he was prescribing and how to take them. The total cost was 800idr including medication which included a week of antibiotics, which i thought was very reasonable. I couldn't recommend this place more highly, i wish i had gone there sooner.

I am a regular visitor to Bali. I haven’t had to use a medical clinic in the past but this holiday I became ill. I found Puri Medical Clinic on Google and the reviews were 5 star so I chose to visit the clinic in Kerobokan which was a 20 minute drive from Legian. It was worth the drive because dr Chandra and the staff were so professional, gentle & caring. I was treated in the clinic and the treatment I received helped me improve immensely. I returned each day for 4 days and the treatment was as thorough every day. I recommend this clinic to travellers holidaying in Bali.

I gashed my right upper thigh about 5 days ago and tried to treat it myself. 5 days later I noticed it started to get infected so I went to this clinic. I was told I needed stitches etc. In short my visit to this place was incredible. Dr Chandra was very professional, polite and has a wealth of knowledge. He explained each step he was going to make which made me understand the process. The nurse there who cleaned my wound was also very nice, friendly and caring, I can’t remember her name but it may have been something like Chitra? Anyways I got seven stitches done in a timely manner, got medication in zip lock bags, labeled and dosage explained. They also directed me to the pharmacy which I found without asking any locals. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any clinic. Thanks so much team!

I needed attention to an infected leg wound a few weeks back and the staff and doctor there were proffesional, on the ball and very helpful. All fixed after 3 visits.

Dr Chandra was great, attentive and proficient in English. He and his team constantly reassured me and made sure I was comfortable during the IV Drip and during my recovery of Bali Belly. Can't thank them enough. Please go to them if you need medical attention. They will constantly follow up on your condition as well which is very nice of them. 😊

I went there for a teeth cleaning and whitening 2 days ago. They were all super nice and professional. Im super satisfied and confident with my teeth now. And i paid a fraction of what other dental clinics were asking. Highly recommend.

We don't have a complete supply of medicine yet so we have to look for a pharmacy. The doctor's service is quite good 👍

Had quite an unfortunate experience with the infamous Bali belly and requested for an on call doctor. Doctor and his assistant arrived in 15min or less. Fees were definitely higher than usual but expected and fair as it was on call and late at night. Medical consultation and service was excellent and both doc and his assistant were very professional. They also were very patient and ensured I was ok before leaving. Even after they left, they continued to check on me via WhatsApp the next day - I did not expect them to do it, but it’s a much welcomed gesture. Would recommend them to anyone that needs a doctor or medical assistance urgently.

I am glad I found this place when I was on vacation in Seminyak. Their English is great, and they were able to start treating my infection right away. The doctor was a female who was very sympathetic, competent, and caring. She really took charge of the appointment and made sure I got the right medicine and injections. The office is small and basic and just to be seen is 325,000 IDR. However, visit + medicine + vitamin C shot + after care aid = about 1,700,000. They offered me cheaper alternatives like writing the prescription so I could pick it up myself at the pharmacy. I really appreciated that they understood how much more they have to charge to give it to me, and were conscious of the cost. This really earned my trust, and I opted to buy everything from them at the clinic so I could go home right away. It's obviously better value to go to a local clinic, but for English speaking tourists, I HIGHLY recommend this place for any typical infection/injury/medical need. Thank you so much ladies!

Just on one of the last days in Bali, a filling broke. Messaged and was able to attend within an hour. Friendly and knowledgeable dentist with good advice fixed everything. Recommended!!

It was my first time in Bali from England even thought I was very careful with my eating and drinking, I got a bowel infection. I had server stomach cramps and couldn’t move from my bathroom! The doctor and nurse here were very helpful and friendly, they gave my everything I needed to feel better and even followed up with me afterwards. Would definitely recommend them if your feeling under the weather as the following day I felt much better and could enjoy the rest of my holiday!

Filthy looking clinic. Was going to go in there after the good reviews but I couldn’t believe I walked into what is supposed to be a medical clinic. Dust, mould, rust. I don’t want anyone sticking any needles in me in a place like this.

Great service. They came to our villa so quick, even less than 15 minutes. Their price was make sense for on call service, the doctor and nurse were so lovely, i felt like being taken care by my own family. Just had a Great experience with them!
