Came here on Sunday, 26th March 2023 and had an amazing experience for both food and service. The level of service I received was top-notch, all the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and acommodating. I was even offered a freshly made dessert by Bagus, something off the menu. There was also a live music performance which gave the place a very enjoyable vibe. Next, the food quality was just as great as the service. There were so many things available at the buffet, I couldn't manage to try everything. From the things I've tried, lobster omelette, and wagyu steak were two things that stood out the most. However, the paella they served definitely needs improvement as the rice was way too soggy and a bit too plain. Overall, for IDR 690k Boneka's Sunday Brunch is definitely worth trying and I might come back the next time I visit Bali.

Amazing Boxing Day Brunch! Experience yourself all amazing foods from Boneka Restaurant. It’s all worth it. You can repeat ordering foie gras, wagyu, lobster, and others. Either brunch or breakfast, both serves almost identical menu. I went with family and friends. Service was attentive and super fast. Thank you so much for great experience! I've been to all the high end Sunday brunches in Bali and this one was my least favorite for the following reasons: 1. Not very vegetarian friendly. Every single dish in the buffet has animals in it except the dessert and bread section. Although the Chef made a special vegetarian menu, sadly it was bland and all side dishes: Miso soup, quinoa salad, noodles, and potato & broccoli. Not what you'd want for a decadent brunch. Many people at our table were meat eaters and were unimpressed with their dishes as well. 2. Service is slow. I was often searching to get staff attention, check on forgotten food and drink orders, or to clear stacks of plates and cups. At other buffets, the plates are cleared before I come back to the table and fresh cutlery is ready. 3. Aircon isn't strong enough. Two people at our table were sweating. 4. Dessert selection felt like an afterthought. It was there, but not anything special. The St Regis tea was the best part of brunch. Regular brunch cost is 700k per person or 1.6mil per person for an alcoholic package. However if you go to the bar from 11-12 there is free flow alcoholic drinks.

Great food and service. The aircon was a bit hot on sunday lunch, and the additional aircon might be better.

Magnificent dinner experience! One of dining place that I would recommend in Bali. The price definitely justify the food, service, and quality. We were enjoying a the menu to the fullest! And I feel pampered by the delicious food on my birthday dinner with family. The interiors is classy and romantic! Great wine, great ambience. Superb!

Boneka restaurant is a fantastic place to have dinner on the few nights it is open in the week. The quality of food at the buffet is exceptional and so is the service. There is a so many options to choose from and they have an inclusive a la carte menu where special dishes are prepared about bought to your table. The quality is of a high end fine dining restaurant even though it is essential a buffet. It is well worth is visit if you are staying at the hotel or not.

‘The’ best breakfast ala carte i’ve ever had, and i’ve had them all over the world. Did not expect breakfast food can be this good (talking about that Lobster Omelette, of course). My second favorite dish was Egg Nouvelle. It costs about 700.000 rupiah for this breakfast/brunch. Worth every penny.

Tried many restaurants but none can beat Boneka so far. From brunch to dinner, had really great experience. They have buffet section and also a la carte options, my most fave will be their lobster omelette and french croissant (brunch time) also foie gras (dinner time). I love their cheese corner. Price at 690K net during brunch (incl. 1hr cocktail timw). And for dinner it cost us 790K net (without alcohol). Must try at least once 😉

Bloody Mary is absolutely delicious, best of the best. Note to self: stop by St Regis for a bloody mary or two Brunch is getting so much better, love the options. Fresh oysters are incredibly juicy, sweet and plump.

Came here for Easter brunch (but this not out first time here for brunch). service was excellent, table set up is nice and clean. Food was great. Its buffet and ala carte service. So if you lazy you just stay on your table, and they will take your order. What need to improve is kids activity, no body in charge for that. Just table with eggs, colors and brushes. Will be great if you guys have people in-charge for that.

The ice cream and sorbet stole the show. Best tasting flavours by far. Orange carrot flavour we came back for was not on the menu this visit but the replacement dragonfruit flavour is just as amazing.

Nice place.. good service.. good food so happy with that. Only not happy with manager hotel.. I come here with my husband and kid 2y.o because my husband birthday. . And my kid bit winngi/crying and I try to make he calm with go outside restaurant and go to koridor room.. far from lobby and restaurant.. Buutttt sadly had manager come to me. Talk to me if I can't Handel my kid make all hotel so annoying with he crying.. so better when you kids calm you can go inside . And my reaction like 😳😳 the way he talking to me. So arrogant. I Bit shock because I never see 5 star hotel manager can talk so arrogant like that to guest/ customer.. until I not see he name and answer what he saying. Because he just left.. not give me talk.. But for sure.. not only me bring kids. Had couple western as well.. they kids more annoying then my kid hut they not say nothing. Running around screaming.. jumping.. etc. Or because their are western and I'm local .. 😅 Not recommend this hotel for sure if you bring your kids. Wow! This place is very special. Last time I was in Bali I came for the breakfast buffet. I couldn’t wait to come back! Last night my husband and I had the dinner experience. We feasted on the most delicious fish, BBQ, steak, chocolate fountain and I had a delicious mocktail. The staff are incredible so attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Amazing brunch. there were 4 of us, everyone had a great time. 11 - 12 Cocktails were excellent. The Bloody Mary was absolutely delicious, gin based and whiskey based cocktails were excellent as well. Brunch highlights were oyster, sashimi, foie gras, roast beef and pork sausages. Compliments to the chefs! Shout out to Pak Guna, always keeping us well fed! Also, mba Lilik and service team were absolutely friendly and accomodating. Thank you!
