The care taker guy Lucky bhai was really helpful. The rooms are well maintained and neat. They had big bathrooms which was also kept very clean. They provided us with towels and soap. Almost all the windows have mosquito nets. The bedrooms have AC and wooden cupboard. We had booked 2 rooms for 6 people. We had a BBQ setup near the verandah on the waterfront side. The kitchen had a sliding window on the same side, so we could keep everything inside the kitchen slab and still access them from outside. Parking facility is available only for 2 or 3 cars by the plot besides the road. There a police station nearby so there is the added security of constant police patrol through the main road. The roads were in perfect condition when we visited.

Caretaker is a very nice Human being. He arranges very cheap transportation for you. Breakfast is clean & homemade. Best option as a tourist to stay at this place. One must try fried King fish, that is the speciality of this place. Simple home made food, with the oil of your choice, one can enjoy, right at the bank of back Waters. The overall experience of the stay, can be similar as you may get by staying at the VERY COSTLY houseboat.The caretaker is a wonderful cook also, he wears true SMILE at all the times. One can stay at his residence also, on special request. There the garden is maintained nicely by his better half.

The place is a 15 minute ride from Fort Kochi. Beautiful location right by a small lake. The rooms were clean and simple. The host and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also arranged a boat ride for us in the lake.

The view from the balcony is so amazing that one will want to stay there forever. Truly God's own country Kerala. Unfortunately we couldn't stay long enough otherwise the host was about to arrange a two wheeler for us to ride and see the nearby place . Overall the experience was amazing.

When in fort kochi stay far from the touristy parts and explore local life and see some scenic backwaters and a quite beautiful beach. This home stay is priced at only 1000 rs for an ac room. The food is homemade by the owners. They arrange almost anything for your sight seeing and other activities.

The property is fake and the owner too is also fake They showed the pic which in site and the last movement they ask to take other normal room They are Fraud.. they property is fake I suggest people not to chose these property… don’t waste your money and time they are fraud

A beautiful place to stay. Little far from the busy Cochin city. The view of sunrise from here is beautiful. The host is very friendly. They are also providing motorbike for rent. Rs.300/day.

This homey stay is not good. Photos look beautifull. When you go there it is totally different. The house owner is not help full. He is mainly considered about the money. I booked for 3 days and i stayed only for 1 day because the rooms are very smelly .bad water smell from the ponds. Too much mosquito problem. The kitchen is very worst .very far from town. Transport problem.No shops are good hotels available nearby. Not safe to stay here. No parking space. Rooms are very small. Tv is not working. The food provided by home stay is very bad and not tasty. The free breakfast is provided is just for sake. They provide rice at early morning for breakfast. The owner never helps you in any way. He pretend to be helpful and affection till we vacate the room . Once we vacate he never helps in any way. This is true . I stayed here at august 2016. Please dont stay here .
