No words to describe the service provided by serenity panchaalimed, excellent staffs and the property surrounded by Western ghats and very near to fabulous panchaalimed. Food is very good with natural taste. The property having a private natural waterfall and natural pool it's main attraction on the plantation walk. Never miss this opportunity.

I recently had a monsoon experience @ Serenity for 3 days. I can vouch for this boutique property with wonderful rejunevating experience. Owner and staff are extremely helpful and extends warm greetings. It's a value for money stay and tour in the property is a unique experience. My strong recommendation.

Really wonderful experience...Rooms are awesome ..specially the view from the balcony. Different type of Rooms are available.. Kindly ask for the private Balcony Room for the best feel...Rooms are clean also.. It's a small hotel but well maintained. Ambience in the room and the restaurant was very Good.. Food was also nice... Panchalimedu was just 5 minutes from the hotel.. We had gone in the early morning to view the sunrise. Even we can view the sunrise in the in our balcony itself. Hotel staff was also well mannered.

Had a Good experience staying there. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.Breakfast wasn't much better need to improve.It would have been better if there was a place to cook food.The waterfall down the valley was good and Enjoyed.The bathroom had some work and the water coming from the shower was over flowing

The rooms at serenity plantation resort was cozy and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch,and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a delightful stay!
