kfc is my favorite brand. I ate at kfc 360 mall October 23, the service was good. But the next day 24 Oct at kout mall was really bad. because of the dine in crowded place there is no empty seat. So me and my husband decided back at the cashier asking for take away .. the cashier said you asked for dine in before but now you want take away, she is really rude to customer. the lady at the cashier spoke philipino, I don't know what she said maybe she was thinking I'm philippino cause one of my order is called kabayan meal. then I ask what? What? Two time and she said this is your food .. fortunately my husband is arabic And he was on the phone with his coworkers. so when the cashier grumbled quietly in English he didn't hear ..

Tasty as all KFC is expected to be. But lacking in one thing is the number of seats or tables available or vacant. We will get the food very fast,and it will be tasty too. But while we are eating, some random people will be coming and asking us money as donation, last time a small girl was also in the group. This thing is happening with the support of the management i guess, and it needs to be stopped as per my opinion as they can do these things outside. Pretty much crowdy on Thursday and Fridays. But still a good option on weekends.

Original taste and nice staff.easily available parking space.

If you want to go after 10 pm I advise you to not go It will be too crowded and there will not be an order. The other bad thing about this location was it’s restroom it was trashed. When I got home with my food I found hair in my sandwich. My advise try to go when it’s not crowded the food will be better and cleaner. By the way the mighty zinger is amazing and there fried chicken.

It's quite good in Kuwait. Anywhere we loved KFC chicken. Compared to India In Kuwait lot varieties are available in KFC. Hear 🦐 shrimps package also available... Same like chicken.... We tried but we are not satisfied with that shrimps. But chicken 🍗 always good. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Little bit better service but taste is 75% good

I have been to KFC a lot of time but the taste remains the same. The only problem with KFC is that if you have a group you will get good offers but for 1 or 2 persons you would find the offers a bit costly. Apart from this the taste and service is quite good alongwith the location.

Food Taste is very good At service you must check all received what you ordered. Atmosphere inside they keep clean and good. But out side dust bins & garbage container are stored very long days. It seems bad smell on out side.

-Kfc in kuwait is real good maybe the fat they use to fry is different - Fries are really bad yukkk!

I was in Al Kout Mall Faheel Last night and i encounter very bad of service and very rude kitchen staff i only ordered deep fry potato and not serce more than 15 mins of waiting and they give a no. in the reciept my order was no. 29 and they served order no. 31 there is same food i order then when i followed to the counter 1 kitchen staff name is manuel medina is shouting and i understand what word he said “ He says i will give this food not cook For this order” he think im not understand the words that he says im too upset for this guy and i did not claim my order. Even though your too much preasure at your work your not allowed to say bad word for the customer.

Parking around can be a big problem. Basically there's no safe approach to parking around this place. You LL need to park elsewhere and walk over . The service isn't as great as it used to be 7 8 years back. They have disconnected the lays chicken . Idk y. That was amazing
