No doubt about Product quality, but as they said they are just agent not original company but during selling product they use mother company logo as it have brand value. When problem occurs then only they are agent. They never agreed that their product have problems. As a customer we have to always suffer, once you paid you are in trap, even your products not working properly, you have to keep with you, because they are not going to replace it as they don’t care about the customer satisfaction. Bang & Olufsen is much expensive even after paying so huge money if you not satisfied with your product,nothing to say.

The guy who was working there is very rude. He is not interested in showing the features of the headset. Instead he directed us to the YouTube!!! For what I came there if all of the information I need, I can get from YouTube!! I ask because I don't know, and he is so egotistical implying that what I am telling regarding the top competitors doesn't make sense!! That guy shouldn't be working on sales!!! But I still bought the headset without him convincing me!! Maybe because I am simply buying a 179KD headphone and not a 1000KD speaker!!
