-This
sandy
beach
in
Salmiya
on
Gulf
street
with
ready
access
to
Marina
Crescent,
a
seafront
portion
lined
with
cafes
and
restaurants
connected
to
Marina
mall
-
Salmiya
by
a
glasstube-enclosed
overhead
bridge.
The
beach
is
immediately
bordered
with
grass
patches
and
trees,
walkway
where
people
stroll,
jog
and
cycle...This
border
separation
is
made
with
interval
parapet
all
through
which
ends
at
the
Scientific
center.
The
beach
has
not
much
infrastructure
except
deli
stall
to
offer
but
is
adorned
with
a
old
sand-sunken
dhow
to
create
a
scenic
view...
-Parking
for
beach
can
be
hassle
in
rush
hours...The
parking
lot
is
compounded
by
small
skating
arena.
-Apparently
no
lifeguard
in
vicinity
if
you
want
to
go
deep
swimming...
preferable
learn
swimming
that
way
you
have
more
fun...
-Compared
to
other
beaches
not
that
it
has
zero
litter
but
less
litter.
-Hot
water
shower
is
available
but
in
the
open.
No
changing
room
of
any
sort.
(Bring
towels
if
you
want
to
swim
and
flip-flops)
-Sea
water
is
not
as
clear
as
you
would
expect.
-Water
salinity
is
high..Wearing
"swim
goggles"
to
avoid
eye
irritation
is
must.
-Best
time
to
visit
is
transition
time
between
summer
and
winters
(Sept.
to
Nov.)
and
(March
to
May).
Go
to
beach
just
before
sunset
in
Summer
season
(Kuwait's
summer
is
pretty
scorching
dry
hot
most
of
the
days)
-Some
times
creeps
and
ogling
can
be
unexpectedly
expected
if
you
have
female
members.
Preferably
go
in
group
as
in
minimum
2
families
is
enjoyable
and
bond
over
a
picnic.
This
beach
does
not
have
any
sun
loungers
for
visitors...You
have
camp
in
suitable
location
on
the
beach
with
your
own
mats
and/or
camp
chairs
-Surrounding
view
has
Marine
hotel
on
one
end
(They
have
boom
separated
private
section
of
the
same
beach)
and
Marina
Waves
with
Maki
Japanese
restaurant
on
the
other
having
stacked
core-loc
and
the
corniche
scene
with
yachts,
speedboats,
other
crafts
passing
in
night
by
is
exceptional.
-Carry
drinking
bottles
if
you
are
there
for
more
than
2-3
hours,
it
might
get
a
bit
humid.
-This
place
is
abuzz
with
families
and
friends
late
in
the
night-early
morning
too...People
engage
in
frisbee,
volleyball,
football,
badminton,
cricket,
etc
on
the
beach...
