This place is the benchmark of customer service just like most of tata business ventures are. After having visited a few known places in kochi for a pair of specs, we tried out this place. Ample parking in front, courteous staff (no aggressive marketing to buy the costliest lens), decent choice of frames spread across a wide range. They also helped us get our old lens refitted into a new frame on the spot. Del8very of new lenses within 3-4 days. Big fan

The approch and behaviour of the staff are very very good, but your product is not that much of good the name in the market. However, the service of ur product needs some more time to be watched to say about its performance.

I have been purchasing my specs from this particular store for over 8 years now. I had purchased a shell framed specs from Titan Eye Plus 1.5 years back. Recently I had a fall and this resulted in a small dent on the frame and I took it to this particular store to get it fixed. The staff exhibited exemplary behaviour, patiently explained to me what needs to be done to fix it. And it was all done in a matter of 15 minutes while I browsed the store. They have one among the best collections in Kochi and the staffs are highly trained. Please keep up the good work!
