Nice place to enjoy pleasant evening with family and friends.Fishing harbor is also there. Small yet magnificent beach in tamilnadu. You will get a very good view and enjoy the sunset. It's not usually crowded . Nice clean beach 🏝 Don’t think you can get into the water as the sea here is rough. There’s a pier which offers good view. There is a fish landing port nearby. It can hot during the day so plan your visit accordingly. Nowadays at evening and weekend day getting little crowded. good food shops/ hotels not available nearby. Proper parking not available, take care of your vehicles from thieves. Have to improve more snacks and evenings shops their quality. Loved it..

A nice place to have some break from busy city life. Nice and clean beach , main thing is this beach is not crowded. This coastal lineup will be beautiful to watch...!! SUNSET is the main thing to watch here. The colors of the sunset will be a bliss to watch along with birds flying all around will be a treat to watch. Nice and calm place to have some fun time with friends and family. People who likes loneliness will love this place because this place isnt that crowded and this place will surely give you peace of mind.

Not actually a beach but a coast where the waves meet the shore very frequently. There is another part of the shore where the beach is very big and guarded by police patrol who charge Rs 60 during the day for visiting the fine beach area with a good view and where we can see fishermen bring fresh fish to the port. Looks lonely at night and there are no lights available when traveling, so better to go in a group.

It takes around 20 mins to reach this place from Kanyakumari. The roads are too narrow towards the end and the one which shows in rhe google map is closed also. So check with locals. Also it's not safe to get into water to play as the tides are high and beach is rough. Also most of the view points and towers are broken due to land slides. So be very careful before you go to water.

Good beach to visit. There is no dedicated parking space, but we can park cars as ample space is available. Small beach and can be kept more clean considering the size.

This beach in Kanyakumari is a true gem with its mesmerizing sunset views and a bustling fishing harbor where you can buy the freshest catches. However, it's important to exercise caution as the sea here has sudden deep spots, making it unsafe for water play. In the Kanyakumari district, only a few beaches are suitable for recreation, as most have unpredictable and strong waves. So, while it's a wonderful spot to enjoy the scenery, make sure to keep your distance from the sea for safety.

Beautiful beach in Kanyakumari and also there is a Fishing Harbour. Kids can play in the seashore, less crowded. Similar to the name there are lots of coconut trees around the beach. The best time to visit is the evening, in afternoon it is little hot. You can also purchase fresh fish here! Best relaxing spot!

Thengapattanam beach is very famous for fresh fishes. You will get good quality of fishes for very reasonable prices and it is a bit far from kanyakumari, nearly 55-60 km on the west coast near painkulam village. Thengapattinanam beach is having fine beach filled with coconut groves. Beach is very peaceful and no rush of tourists since it's not become a well known tourist place. A fine picnic spot and beach. You can see the river merging with the sea here.

Thengapattanam Beach is a hidden paradise with its untouched shoreline, soft golden sands, and gentle waves. It's a serene escape, offering a tranquil atmosphere to unwind. The beach's natural beauty, framed by swaying palm trees, invites visitors to embrace nature's serenity, making it a must-visit coastal gem.

Thengapattinam Beach is a popular tourist attraction near Paimkulam village in Vilancode taluk. Located around 35 kilometres away from Nagercoil, this beautiful beach is dotted with coconut and palm trees. This beach is noted for being an attractive estuary, where river merges into the sea. A large number of visitors come here for picnicking and enjoying catamaran (small boat) rides arranged by fishermen. They can also plan a visit to the ancient mosque, situated in proximity of this beach. Lined with beautiful coconut groves, a vast coastline and indigo blue waters, Thengapattinam Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Kanyakumari. The beach is the convergence spot of Tamiraparani River with the mighty Arabian Sea. The shores get very crowded during the peak seasons owing to the picturesque beauty and environment.

It's a good spot if you don't want to go to crowded places. This is not an awesome place. But it is a small quiet beautiful harbour cum small beach. It's an estuary of a small river named thamirabharani (not the same one in tamilnadu) in Kerala.

The best place to spend time in the area. Has a and natural feel with salty air. But the sea is always rough and the harbour is full of fishy smell. So, look out!πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ
