    Quite Expensive, good quality but less selections. Excellent customer service... They give great support for selecting the material. Bata showroom is at Vellayambala Sasthamangalam Road. Quality of the product is good, but it comes for selection is very poor. Very clean shop, good lighting etc. Backpacks, Executive bags also available.... .

    Bad service in a good shop..that is the only issue.. get some youngsters and terminate old ones.. then the shop will work fine ..any way my 2000 worth shoe bitten by my dog 2 days after the purchase

    Customers they are treating nicely. If some size or colour which we like is not available, we can order it there and it will be delivered to our home.Thats really a nice option. If you are looking for some trendy footwear collections may be you will get disappointed.

    Decent selection of footwear.Helpfulness of staff is normal or standard usually.But a couple of months ago, a new employee,a young man, showed exceptional interest and customer orientation in finding a suitable pair of shoes for a special (physically challenged) boy.That kind of professionalism was exceptional,bata needs more of the same.

    Poor quality - I bought a liquid shine black polish and a brush yesterday 24th Nov 2023. The hair/nylon from the brush drops off. The liquid shine cover is broken and the liquid shine does not flow. It's a tragedy of quality.

    The service is better but the sales team is always silent. They told me about synthetic and leather shoes after 15 minutes when I tried to purchase synthetic shoe unknowingly. Bata products are expensive but leather products are trustable.

    Very good store. The place looks very hygiene. It is very easy to find the shoes we like. Nowadays, Bata makes very good shoes. But even though there are sanitisers for preventing COVID-19, the preventive methods against the disease should be improved.

    The showroom is situated at Shasthamgalam junction. There is a gold collection of footwears and the behaviour of staff is also cordial.

    They only have the costlier shoes and sandals with then unlike the bata like for egthe one in dadar Mumbai or even the one like Kozhikode which keep shoes for ordinary people also. Getting bata online in Trivandrum seems a better bet. Plus low parking space also.
