Warm welcome from the pick up at the airport, great staff and lovely food. Conferencing facilities are excellent and the staff pays attention to details. Thank you, I will definitely use the hotel again.

I have been here before and had worst service, thanks to their new operations manager who helped me my family during our stay. The way they seem to change staff i could only hope they keep Ms Mosecha

Staywell rocks...we have Friday karaoke...swimming pool, comfy beds, conference facilities, free wifi, restaurant and bar. Hurry this is more fun than you missing out there.

If you from another country and you are used to a 4 Star service DNT BOOK THIS PLACE. Worst experience ever 😞, the service is so bad in this place.The Towels are old, the workers are slow to respond to guests. The kitchen staff agrees to help with better food and they never come.Their breakfast is the pits, no variety at all.This is not a 4 star hotel but a 2 star lodge.They host events whilst guest are around and you are then ordered to eat in your room not in the restaurant as there is an event. There is noise after 11pm of music at the restaurant due to hosted event.😞.A beautiful concept executed badly, the rooms are clean , very clean and beautifully decorated BUT the place looks like it was built by unproffessional builders 😂😂 nightmare of a place.

Very good place once inside the atmosphere changes for the better! Not to be dismissed without going in. Excellent and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended for a weekend gateway and small group gatherings

Prices when I asked in winter were from around BWP1'000 per night. -And I think they may well be worth it. Gorgeous rooms and showers. Definitely more to it than what meets the eye. From outside you may judge it wrongly, because it's in Mogoditshane. But go in and you won't want to leave. There's a bar right outside for your entertainment.

When it comes to food order for room no good. Guarantee 90% of order on plate will be cold and incorrect as requested. No microwave in room. This was raised with waiters and be sure you will receive more bad service and jokes will be made in front of you in their language that you maybe do not understand. Was my same experience 2 years ago. For a business man planning your early day be sure to make arrangements because breakfast will not be completely served on time.

Big welcome, very keen sales staff, efficient conference room. Everything was working. Effort being put in the right areas. Great team looking to grow and keep business. Definitely one of the, if not actually the best managed establishment(s) in Botswana.

Nice place, it’s the news Friday night spot in Gaborone. Quite small though so can feel congested.

Except only the gate guards was very rude to my friends and I for going outside without our masks, as if we knew the rules there or anything like that. It's very idiotic rule anyway 🙄

Wish food was nice, great services were provided. I did enjoy and I can encourage someone to visit the place.

Nice place to chill out at the braai lounge. Entertainment was top.
