We had a great safari, Bornlite was a great guide and an excellent driver. We did the trekking for the Golden Monkeys, Gorillas and the Chimpanzees. We did a game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park; we felt safe, the lodging was great and the food was excellent.

The gorilla trek in Uganda organised by lulu safaris was one of the most amazing experiences we’ve ever done! We spent 4 days in total with lulu and Derrick our guide was great! He was so helpful and friendly and we loved having him as our guide. The accomodation in Uganda was incredible and overall we can’t recommend this trip enough.

I picked Lulu safaris because I have seen them being used by adventure Singh's YouTube channel I did the Murchison falls safari with river and rhino trekking last October 22 my guide David was very friendly and informative we saw many types of wildlife four out of the big four the highlight was the river cruise along the Nile which I witnessed two elephant bulls fighting it out for territory would definitely use them again 🐘🦁🦏🦒

Communication was always prompt and clear, a very service oriented approach that was only confirmed during the visit when everything just worked as planned and promised. Super smooth experience & can only recommend!! All places visited were great and I did get to see quite a number of wild animals namely elephants, hippos, giraffes, lions and even a cheetah! My main goal to visit the mountain gorillas was one of the many highlights though and I did a gorilla trekking as well as a habituation tour - and it was an indescribable, wonderful experience!! However, pls be warned that the hike can be very strenuous and will require at least a good level of fitness. I ended up with over 12hrs of hiking and observing the gorillas but it was so worth the effort! ♡ Uganda will surprise you with an ever changing landscape and colors of lush green that you did not even know existed! So worth a visit!

We were planning a trip to Uganda and contacted Lulu Safaris. For a fee months Lulu Safari supported us with a thorough planning process and made an amazing itinerary for our needs and adjusted to our budget. After some uncertainty with the Ebola Virus we spontaneously had to cancel the plans and decided to go to Tanzania instead. Lulu Safari helped us even then as they had partners in Tanzania, they planned our trip again specifically to our needs and put us in contact with the partner company in Tanzania. We had an amazing time and Lulu Safari was so kind to always check on us throughout. If we ever get to go to Uganda we will definitely reach out to Lulu Safari again.

Lulu Safaris custom built a 5-day tour for us. One day with Golden Monkeys in Rwanda and two days of Gorilla trekking in Uganda. Herbert was our guide and he was wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about him. Such a beautiful country. We were there in dry season and had zero issues with bugs. Didn't need gloves, but boot gators were a good idea. Hotels were fine, food at the hotel was hit or miss (some great, some less than great), but our guide was fantastic - I learned so much and would be thrilled to do another trip with Herbert. Three pieces of advice for visitors; 1) buy candy (lollipops?) to give to kids along your drive. 2) take children's books to donate to schools. We visited a local Batwa village outside of Bwindi and wish we had better prepared with donations. 3) because we flew in and out of Rwanda and then drove across the border to Uganda, be sure and apply for a multi-entry visa.

I managed to do a gorilla trekking with Lulu Safaris at a very good price, they also helped me and facilitated me with the whole process, and on top of that I was lucky to have Sam as a guide. He is a responsible, nice and friendly person. He worried that everything was okay for me. Sam you will have is a great guy.

We had an incredible time with the Lulu's team. They were very professional, responsive, and high-energy (our driver Charles is the real King Charles!). We had a big group (14 people) and they were able to accommodate all of us. On the trip itself, what an amazing experience! We saw golden monkeys and spent a day on beautiful Lake Bunyonyi but the highlight was definitely the mountain gorillas. I will never forget being so close to those beautiful creatures and it was all because of the Lulu's team. We cannot recommend them enough!

We opted for the 3-day gorilla trekking tour in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, with transportation to/from Entebbe. It was overall a great experience! The gorilla trekking itself was an incredible experience, and working with Lulu Safaris was great. The communication with the tour operator was top notch, as was our driver & guide, Charles. I would recommend Lulu Safaris to anyone, and I already have shared their information with my colleagues so they can share in the same experience.

The view is quite exceptional. I woke to the water flowing over rocks, by the minute, the sound grew louder and became more calming.. The raised Gazebo over the garden gives you an amazing view of the dam. Plus, loved the sight of people rafting, from a raised place. I have had a chance to actively rest over this weekend.

If we put together an ultimate wish list before we went, we couldn’t have begun to imagine how much this would beat anything we could have wished for. It all starts with the communication between ourselves and the Lulu Safaris team. Elvis answered every question and query thoughtfully and promptly, regardless of the day or time. He adjusted the plans and tailored them to meet our interests, which meant we included everything we hoped to (and more!) Upon arrival in Rwanda, we were met by our guide for the duration of the trip, Charles. Wow, how lucky were we! Warm, funny, helpful, knowledgable, there’s so much we could say about Charles, the King of safaris. Charles was there every step of the way, helping us and listening to our interests and making it happen. Even though we definitely made him work very hard (day safari, night safari, and then repeat and repeat again) and there was little time for rest, he was always smiling and happy. Thank you Charles for enabling us to cram in everything we wanted. If you prefer a slower pace to us, this would most certainly be catered for too. From an incredible gorilla trek where we came face to face, to a sleeping leopard right before us. With animals on the road as we drove, and beautiful sites during boat cruises. Walking safaris, golden monkey treking, chimpanzees and even reaching the equator point - we couldn’t have ever hoped for more. Stunning views, wonderful lodges with the most incredible and friendly staff who became like friends, tasty food and a whole lot of photography. We were fortunate to visit both Rwanda and Uganda on this trip. Both are beautiful places and we felt very welcome and safe. Most of our trip was in Uganda and we were so lucky to be able to explore the various landscapes and jewels that Uganda has to offer. Charles showed us these with pride which added even more to the experience. Thank you and thank you again to Charles and the Lulu Safaris team for making this trip of a lifetime give us the goal of returning when we can.

I recently went on a trip with Lulu Safari, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From the very beginning, Lulu Safari went above and beyond to ensure that my trip was going great. Their communication was excellent, and they took extra effort to make sure everything was perfect throughout the trip. One thing that stood out to me was how Lulu Safari added an extra day to our itinerary to ensure that I could see the shoe bill stork in the marsh lands. Another highlight of the trip was the birthday dinner that Lulu Safari organized for me in Kampala. It was a fantastic evening, and I felt so special and cared for. I also have to mention the superb driving of our guide, Samwell. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the journey through Uganda an unforgettable experience. We saw an abundance of birds, monkeys, and animals throughout our journey, and Samwell was always ready with interesting facts and information. One of the things that really impressed me about Lulu Safari was how they customized the trip for me. They made every effort to make sure I was happy and that the trip was tailored to my interests and needs. I felt like I was in excellent hands throughout the entire trip.
