Great location. Bus stop right outside which was great and close walk to other attractions

I stayed one night April. 20 to 21 with my mother. I expected this hotel would be fine according to their good reviews. All employees were kind but my overall experience wasn't good. I wouldn't stay again. First, the quality of their mattress and bedding. The mattress wasn't comfortable at all. A reviewer said mattress is fine but not at all, regardless of ages. I could feel the spring parts right under my back. It seems not to have topper or cushions at all over the spring mattress. Also, too plush. We weren't able to sleep during whole night. Also, pillows were too thick and the filling of the pillows was clumped so it wasn't able to reshape. Second was breakfast. I paid ₩15000 individually. I was so disappointed. Barely anything to eat except toast, jam and butter, yogurt. There were cup ramyun, rice with something like chicken nugget. No fresh food. It was also totally different with the pictures that I saw from reviews. Hopefully, GG hotel changes their beddings and breakfast quality so as to match their reviews and reality. If you're planning to stay GG hotel, you'd better be aware of bedding and breakfast. It might not be the same with reviews.

Good: very spacious shower closet, nice spa, one can open the window (unheard-of in hotels). Not so good: despite non-smoking policy our room smelled tobacco, out of two days each one bath towel was missing, no sugar and utensils.

Breakfast is basic and not always hot or topped up. Not much choice, adequate to good.

Not bad. It is a great advantage to have McDonald's next to this building. It's not far from our destination The price is also low. I'm a little short of shower facilities.

This hotel is magnificent. The rooms are really big and if you have a single. The bed is for two anyway. The bathroom is really big with smart toilet. And the show was enormous and it works like The rain. Only thing, the staff doesnt understand english a lot. The location is

Did it succeed as a roof over my head? Yes. But that's all that this hotel succeeds at. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable - I slept poorly for the entire stay. There was some fault in the room lighting controller that caused the lights and TV to spontaneously turn on randomly throughout the night. I reported the issue but nothing was done about it. The room was not cleaned very well when we arrived: a used toothbrush in the shower, hair in the bathroom, and lots of dust balls around the floor. Lots of damage to the walls. The hotel breakfast was pretty spare and bland. Given the low quality for the price, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Had booked a mountain view via agoda. But given a city alley view. Can't communicate with them in English much so unable to get anything changed. The room is spacious but doesn't really maintain well. Some things I touch I immediately got rashes as I'm quite sensitive to dust. The price is not that cheap to start with too. Other than the hotel is just next to bus terminal, nothing fantastic about it.

Outside and surrounding is clean but not behind of cabinets,TV etc.The layers of dirt not dust.Room is very big and it's good just to sleep.Location nearby Bus Terminal,tourist information, MacDonald outlet n a new Cafe .

Great rooms, friendly staff, a reasonable price. We've been to 5 Star hotels in Korea and given the Korean service standard is subpar, this hotel can compete easily with higher tiers.

Nice hotel, facilities are ok. Breakfast was quite basic but pleasant.

Great location; right next to the express bus terminal and within walking distance to most places. Bicycle rentals lined up across the street for convenience; highly recommend. Rooms are clean and modern with a very spacious bathroom and jacuzzi. Will book again.

Nice hotel close to all the attractions and transportation hubs..big rooms with massage recliners and 2 big TV's,.big underground parking lot ...expensive laundry service ..restaurant is nice and coffee shop next door..

Very good proximity to the main areas but the rooms were not very good. The carpet was so dirty I did not want to walk on the bare foot. Judge for yourself from the picture.

The hotel was clean, but other than that had very little to recommend it. Check-In We arrived at 1:00 pm and were told we could not check in until 3:00 pm, but there was a luggage room available. So far, so good. When we returned at 2:55 pm there was a lobby full of people and two employees loitering at the desk, refusing to check anyone in until 3:00 on the dot. Again, acceptable, but annoying. Room The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is acceptable, although there is a sign telling you not to flush your used toilet paper, which I don’t expect in a hotel in a modern country. The Amenities The listing advertised both laundry service and laundry facilities. This was a lie-there is no laundry. There’s also no ice machine, nor were they willing to provide me with some ice for a sore shoulder. The location is great, but the staff are rude and the amenities are non-existent.
