A great place to stay and relax. The food is good and the service is excellent. The spa is clean and well maintained. The rooms aren't large but they are clean, well decorated, and modern. There are plenty of things for kids to do. The Kids Cafe is large and clean. There is a Lego brick room as well. Both cost extra though.

Stayed 3 nights in the Premium room with a river view for a business trip in Oct. Before booking the hotel, I compared it to another 5 stars hotel in Gyeongju (Lahan), but it was a great decision for me as I needed to walk to the conference center just across the road. The staff was extremely helpful all the time. Around the hotel, there are several cafes, convenience stores, and small restaurants within a walking distance. The facilities were outdated, but the premium room has a decent size with a balcony. The river view was nice, but to be prepared for mosquito bites.

Loved the location, the staff and the rooms are reasonably cozy and comfortable. Breakfast, in my opinion, wasnā€™t great! Though, there arenā€™t many breakfast options around anyway .. but I wouldā€™ve been happy with a toasty from star bucksā€¦ you need to pay for the pool extra which is bizarre for a 5 star hotel. In general one of the best options in town šŸ‘

Motel 6 vibes. Old and dated save your $$$ and go to Busan. Cons: 1. Bed is uncomfortable. 2. Room hasnā€™t been cleaned well as I picked up wrappers off the floor and layers of dust coating everything. They need a room air filter. 3. No one to greet or direct you upon arrival. Had to get my own cart to move my luggage from my car. Seems like they have a staffing shortage. Pros: 1. Good shower pressure and hot water. 2. Anti-fog mirror. 3. Can walk to Gyeongju world and some local restaurants. 4. The staff I did interact with were kind.

View was amazing.. room was clean. But seriously can't get anything out of service. I asked for a phone adapter.. oh sorry. I asked for an empty box to pack.. oh sorry.. you could've at least recommended the small supermarket down the road(1km) who was a better help.. I asked for a cab to bus terminal .. oops sorry.. ended up with a cab heading to the airport. Communication much?

I came on a trip to Gyeongju with my 3-year-old child and 6-year-old nephew. As I had heard, the hotel was indeed child-friendly. There was no separate area for the pool, so the kids enjoyed swimming comfortably, and breakfast was set up with separate plates and utensils for the kids. Of course, there were plenty of foods that kids would enjoy, and I also enjoyed the breakfast. Hello Gyeongju, located next to the building, was also great as a kids' cafe. Although the names of the amusement rides were forcibly associated with various national treasures, the idea seemed innovative. The hotel's location is also excellent, right in the center of the tourist area, and Gyeongju World is only a 5-minute walk away. This place is a paradise for kids. If you're traveling to Gyeongju with kids, I highly recommend the Gyeongju Hilton.

Very peaceful and relaxed stay at the room with a lake view. Friendly staffs. foods in the lounge happy hour to be improved and add more varieties Limited types of liquors and drinks. Aged building and interiors but quite well maintained rooms. Lack of soundproof and shabby sofas. Need to be renovated sooner or later. But anyway, overall stay was enjoyable.

The location is desirable, being right next to Lake Bomun and an easy walk to the amusement park and convenience stores. The bus stop, for travelling into the historic city of Gyongju and the train station, is also close by. All members of staff were genial and helpful. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I was given a generous room upgrade, full buffet breakfast for two, a welcome amenity and access to the Executive Club Lounge. Our suite was very comfortably furnished and offered terrific views of the surrounding countryside, the lake and amusement park. Breakfast in the restaurant was great with a selection of international foods, Korean delicacies and an egg and noodle station. In the evening, the club lounge had great offerings, which changed nightly, including the usual cheese platter and cold cuts as well as salads and three hot dishes.

City of Gyeongju does not have reputable hotels. Hilton and Lahan are the 2 best hotels in my judgment. To me, Hilton Gyeonju will lose the competition to Lahan hotel which recently renovated inside and out, and my recent stay at Hilton proves it. The guest rooms and the many amenities feel outdated, especially the bathroom is very tight in space, the tub (yes, it is old age tub with shower curtain) and the tub shows multiple caulking job. The bathroom needs refurbishment immediately.

Excellent location and view. Great breakfast and service. The Hotel has 5 restaurants for dinner but only 2 where opened. The buffet was over priced. No air conditioning and bad wifi.

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel is very outdated. Mold everywhere on the inside. Hallways smelt stuffy, dirty carpets, cracks all throughout the rooms and foundation, low water pressure and unpleasant staff members who refuse to assist. I can't believe they're allowed to use the Hilton name with this type of substandard service and quality. Feels like staying at a 2 star motel but paying 4 star price. Will not recommend to anyone. In need of serious renovation and better training of staff. The worst Hilton I've ever stayed at in over 20 years. Only saving grace is its location near the theme parks and temples.

Everything was great. Location, service and staff welcoming guests. However, such a bad experience at breakfast with a chef providing bad impression with looking at guest with shaking head when something he did not like. No Hilton member deserves such a behavior.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding assistance provided by the hotel concierge during my mother's recent stay. Their dedication and commitment to ensuring her comfort and well-being were truly remarkable. the concierge's genuine empathy and compassion towards my mother were evident in every interaction. They took the time to engage in meaningful conversations, offering a listening ear and providing valuable insights.I cannot recommend this exceptional individual enough and commend the hotel for having such an incredible asset on their team. Thank you to the hotel concierge team,ė°•ģ¤€ėƼ, ź¹€ģ›ķ˜„, and ė°•ķ•œė³„, for going above and beyond in making my mother's stay truly remarkable!

I have traveled at hilton gyeongju last week, autumn treeā€™s color changing season. Hotelā€™s executive loungeā€™s view and roomā€™s view were very beautiful. Hotelā€™s staffs were kind and give warm welcome. Lounge food is delicious and specially water melon is very good. I enjoyed sauna and swimming pool. I take several good photo at hotel room view, around hotel and bulkuksa, chumsungde.. Autumn kyeongju and kyeongju hilton hotel are very good place to enjoy autumn folige.

Pros: The location is quite convenient as itā€™s right next to a tourist area. A friendly front desk staff said she upgraded our room despite it was a weekend and the hotel seems packed. Cons: The facilities and the room are quite old. The arm of the sofa is too hard, guests could get injured. The shower glass door of room 515 doesnā€™t close completely. The closet is tiny and right by the entryway. There are too many paper documents containing hotel information left on surfaces in the room. When connected to HDMI input source, the television glitches.

My biggest area of concern was that they were bringing food to pool patrons throught the locker room! You cannot bring prepared food uncovered (in this case, shrimp tempura and other foods) through a locker room where people are changing/washing... that is unacceptable. Staff service was professional, accomodating and courteous as I'd expect. Hotel is dated and needs a refresh. Pool is great for families with young children. However, there are a couple other areas we had issues with. Firstly, we booked a large room with the breakfast package to accomodate a family of 4 and listed it as such when booking... however, our breakfast only allowed for 2 without additional charges and pool access was limited to 2 people which I thought to be ridiculous. Again, serving pool patrons with prepared foods through the locker room was shocking.

Old tired hotel that definitely feels dated. The location is also not great for exploring the cultural sites in Gyeongju as itā€™s at least a 25min drive to downtown Gyeongju each way. They also told us unexpectedly that the pool, fitness center and other facilities would be closed for half of our stay. As a result, we didnā€™t have a chance to use any of them. The rates at this hotel are some of the highest in the area. Why would I pay these rates if I canā€™t use any of the facilities?

One of the first-class hotel in Kyeongjoo city. Located just in front of the HICO center and Bomoon lake. Room size seems a little bit small, the entrance fee for swimming and gym is relatively high, the room service is not bad but relatively costly. The breakfast is good.

This is hands down the best hotel in the area. The staff is helpful, the place is immaculately clean. The facilities are wonderful and each restaurant inside is top notch. The staff's English is excellent as well. The meals and the drinks at the hotel bar were very good too. This was exactly the kind of place I needed to stay at to get over a stressful week. Thank you!

It took three hours to check in as there were more than 100 team waiting. There is something seriously wrong if it takes this long to just check in. There are so many thing that could be done to anticipate and avoid such situation. Worst experience ever at Hilton and I wouldnā€™t bother to come back.

Very nice place to stay. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was decent as well. 4 stars because the amenities and food aren't quite as good as the Hilton in Busan. Quality stay and amenities here though.

Hotel is bit old. You will feel it when you enter the hotel. The refrigerator in the room is terrible. Itā€™s an ugly old small machine makes noise all the time while you are staying in the room to disturb you constantly. Never expect that you will be upgraded to the executive type of room if you are a gold member of honor club. Because they wonā€™t give you a chance to upgrade you no matter the room is available or not.
