This guesthouse get a high score but reading ower's mean and rude response to bad reviews leaves a bad impression of the place. The owner doesn't seem to have an open ear to guest comments to improve their services but rather everything is about themself, guest shouldn't make any complain at all.

Great location in our opinion. About a 20 min walk from most touristic places. Friendly and young staff, some speak several languages, English included! Bed is comfy, overall satisfied except for the building being a bit on the old side and so is the bathroom. A bit of mold here and there and some dust in the bedroom as well.

Excellent place. 10/10 Hosts. Kind, friendly, and helpful. This hostel was clean, and well located. If I am in this area I will definitly go to this hostel again.

I'm making reviews after two years. Forgot to do it before. The owners here are very friendly. It was a very comfortable stay. They have a cat too. It is so cute. Will share pics later.

Great place to stay! I'm a backpacker and I have stayed in many, many different hostels all around the world. Over time I have identified a list of things that are important for a comfortable stay : - Privacy curtain in each bed - Power outlet in each bed - reading light in each bed - Bookshelf in each bed - A/C and Fan in each room - Kitchen with utensils and basic oils, salts, vinegar etc.... - Chill areas, indoor and outdoor - goob vibes from the staff - good location This hostels ticked every box! The owner is himself a seasonned Backpacker who's been around the world and back, and you can feel it as a guest. I'd definitely stay here again.

Its near the terminal bus, it has a basement to chill, relax, and play arcade game.

Everyone is up till 4am and acts as if it was like 4pm even the owner too.(Not sure about it 100%) They're not even careful with step noise at all and laugh and talk loud until 4 and no one tries to control it down (including the owner either obviously) Even one of the guys (I think he should be a co owner or a friend of the owner or just a regular there whatever seems close to the owner) He talked to me and started to touch my head n waist so I was like you crazy? and then he turned and said oh I'm sorry. Are u really sure? Secondly the bed was rubbish. The mattress was not even "even" and very cold even tho I took 2 blankets (cos I booked for 2people)

Very friendly host. The hostel is at a top location, you can walk to all the tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and the hostel has enough common rooms to hang out and meet other travelers. The atmosphere is very open and relaxed. Would recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Gyeongju.

Don't be frightened by the owner's disclaimer about his selection of guests. I felt very at home with this place. It's definitely the best value in Gyeonju, maybe even Korea. I highly recommend this place to budget travellers of all ages.

We travelled for four months through Asia and decided this was the best hostel we stayed at. The host is great, the other guests were super nice, the room was clean, spacious and authentic. It has a great kitchen en lounge with arcade games etc. And how great is this city. I highly recommend staying here as a backpacker.

The hostel operator does not respond to messages in Agoda. And it's also quite difficult to get hold of them. Things are made more difficult because of that. I've passed by the hostel a few times while in Gyeongju. It looks quite empty from the outside.

An amazing guesthouse! Super comfortable and clean with a great location and perfect breakfast!!! The owner Kaze really has a great sense of hospitality and has the cutest cats! We absolutely loved this guesthouse and will come back for sure!

This hostel cancel the booking and kicked out us in the middle of the night when the weather temperature was minus 7 degrees. The owner of the hostel clearly has some issues. The hostel is very cold, old and a lot of mold because of the humidity. So be careful with this accommodation. There are plenty of hotels you can find on Agoda nearby.

We stayed for a few days. The owners treated us fantasticly well, and explained us the most interesting things to do. The place is close to most important places. The atmosphere in the hostel is nice and friendly, with a complete kitchen and a big place to share with other guests. Rooms are tidy, with lockers. Perfect place to stay.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot! Clean, tidy, great cooking facilities and most of all I really liked the owners. Nice people who set the relaxed vibe of the place with their openness and welcoming attitude. I will stay here again when I come back to Korea.
