The church was closed when we made it late Sunday evening, it was a nice place to visit, what got us by surprise was the small cave not to far from the church. Not sure if the cave was a chapel, a tomb or what but whatever it was it was interesting. If you at the church there are stairs that lead down towards the sea and you will see the cross on the rocks and you can go inside and explore. I am not sure why there is not much info on google maps about the cave and the history about it. I wouldn’t go out of you way to come here however if your driving near by it is worth the visit.

Scenic place you can can visit if you are in the area. Church is usually closed but you can still enjoy the view and visit the altar in the small cave next to the church.

One of the most beautiful Chapel at the east Cyprus! Here are taking place local Cypriot weddings as well Baptizes! I'ts small but beautiful church just at the beginning of Ayia Thekla and after Ayia Napa Marina. The best is to visit daytime but would suggest it as well during sunset!

Beautiful Chapel. Must see and it’s important that you realise that one should not go there in swimming costumes. Be courteous and absorb the tranquility

My favourite church in all Cyprus! I like it that much that we celebrated here my kid's baptism! Stunning little Chapel/church surrounded by an incredible sea views. Worth to see it on a sunny day although it's also very nice on a cloudy day.

Absolutely stunning Chapel and surrounding area. Also visited the cave grave on the east side of the building. The beach next to it is beautiful with shallow clear waters

Far from the town you can find this small church near waterpark and continue walk down to the beach you will see the small beautiful cave.

Beautiful church but people apparently don't understand that when you use plastic hearts for weddings it lands in the sea. Keep our planet clean please.

Awesome sunset!

This is one of the places that left biggest impression on me during our stay in Cyprus. We reached it with a quad, don't know how to get there with a bus. It's maybe hundred meters from the shore. I felt like I could be here whole they, just watching the amazing look of the church and the landscape that surrounds it.

A minor detour on your way to Ayia Napa or Larnaca. It is an amazing sight to see, very stylish and traditional. The church was open, but we mostly admired the exterior
