Comfy hotel with very nice breakfast. The hotel as such nothing extra, basic Scandic stuff: clean and well arranged. But the breakie was better than usual.

Aivan turun keskustassa, kävelykadun varrella. Parkkitilaa hallissa. Siisti ja moderni sisustus. Kohtelias henkilökunta ja tarjoilijat sekä huonesiistijät 👌

Hyvä perustason hotelli.Sijainti todella hyvä.Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja aamupalalla löytyi paljon vaihtoehtoja.

Huone oli melko huolimattomasti siivottu ja kylpyhuone melko kulahtanut. Suihkupää oli rikki ja liukuoven saranat jumissa. Aamiaisella tarjoiltava puuro oli todella hyvää, mutta muuten aamiainen hyvin keskinkertainen. Isoin miinus asiakaspalvelusta, josta annettu väärää tietoa parkkimahdollisuudesta ja tämän myötä pompoteltu asiakasta respan ja puhelinasiakaspalvelun välillä. Lopulta kaikki onneksi selvisi, mutta palvelusta jäi kyllä melko tökerö kuva. Sijainti on ehdottomasti isoin plussa, mutta jotain muutakin hyvää vielä kaivattaisiin.

Hyvällä paikalla oleva hotelli ja ulkoasussa ripaus eurooppalaisuutta. Valitettavasti hotellissa ei ollut ruoan osalta ravintolapalvelua, jotain keittoa olisi toki saanut. Respan puolelta olisi voinut ateriakupongilla ostaa kolmioleipä, mutta niitäkään ei ollut yhtään jäljellä. Huoneen vuode oli todella kova ja naapurihuoneen normaali keskustelu kuului yöllä huoneeseemme. Tässä hotellissa on tullut yövyttyä jonkun verran, mutta harkitsen miten jatkossa.

Hyvällä paikalla. Ystävällinen palvelu ja pysäköintipaikat olemassa. Hiukkasen kulunut mutta hinta vastaa laatua ja tarpeitamme. Mahdollista myös lemmikin mukaan ottaminen.

Olimme superior huoneessa jossa oli pölyä joka paikassa ei oltu vähään aikaan pyyhitty iltapäivällä ulos lähtiessä kävimme pyytämässä wc paperia ja sanottiin respassa että voimme ottaa tullessa eli ei vaivauduta pitämään huoneista huolta joten kävelimme hotellissa wc rulla näkyvästi emme mene uudestaan

Hieman jo kulahtanut, siis kulunut hotelli. Käytävät ikävän likaisen oloisia koska kokolattiamatot mattoon vuodet olivat jättäneet jälkensä, samoin huoneen lattia. Sängyt olivat hyvät, sopivan kovat. Huone tuoksui puhtaalta ei tunkkaiselta. Hotelli hyvällä paikalla.

Hyvä aamupala, nätisti katettu ja loistava sijainti hotellilla. Mutta huone oli kyllä varsinainen koppi, 140 leveä parisänky työnnetty huoneen nurkkaan tilanpuutteen takia niin että toinen nukkuja joutui kömpimään paikalleen jalkapään kautta. Ei olla aikasemmin missään Scandicissa näin ahtaasti nukuttu. Huonoa myös että hiustenhoitoaine vaikuttaa puuttuvan Suomessa standardihuoneissa Scandiceissa

Huone parvekkeella hyvä ja oli mukava seurata elämää Turussa. Aamiainen Paljon parannettavaa, puuro jotain kummallista, pekoni jotain lihasuikaleita ja kalaa ainoastaan sinappi silakoita purkki. Paljon makeita leivonnaisia. Illalliselle ei kannattanut jäädä, ruoka tilataan respasta va varmaan lämmittävät valmiit annokset. Hotellin paikka loistava!

One of my favourite hotel. Just next to the train station, in the city centre.if you come by car there are 24h parking very close. The breakfast is very good and fresh made. You can connect your device also to the television.

Nice and small hotel, a bit old but cosy. If you just gonna sleep it’s the perfect hotel for you. Close to the city centre and right in one of the main streets. I have tried all of the central Scandic hotels and there is better but Plaza is not that costly so a good choice.

The hotel staff were very friendly but other than that the hotel is centrally located which with many people party until late outside can be a pain. Though easy to access anywhere around by foot. The room was ok except for the bed where under the mattress it was not clean at all. If you get something around for the same price go for it.

Little old but charming hotel. I had a room with a tiny balcony which was very nice except when the lift is out of order. The breakfast is nice, not a huge variety but everything is fresh and tasty. So i was pretty happy with the hotel.

Been here twice. Room waa dirty both cases (dirt and hair everywhere), super outdated the whole thing. But location and breakfast are nice

Me and partner stayed 2 nights here. Early check-in went easy and a last minute change was easily accepted by the hotel. Breakfast has a great selection off options, even for vegans and vegetarians. Plenty off alternative milks, fruits, breads and perhaps the most expansive gluten free selection I've ever seen! They had multiple bread and cereal options. The location is perfect, zero noise I would pick this hotel again! 😀

A quiet average hotel. The bad thing were the pillows. To great thing was the design of the house and the interior. If you like functionalism in houses and interior, this is the place for you. It is a gemstone.

They were kind to upgrade me - but the upgrade was a dark space under the roof with very high windows, so I had no view at all. The cleaning was sloppy - hairs, dust on the floor, bit of mold in bathroom where the showerdoor was broke, spots on surfaces that should/ could have been scrubbed away. They completely forgot the bathroom, first time they did the room. The lukewarm brown water ("coffee") at the breakfast table was horrible. The alternative was an expensive espresso automat in the reception of the kind most other modern hotels offer for free. 5-10 years ago the Scandic hotels seemed fresh and modern, but the whole concept now really needs an update. Best thing was the location for this hotel as it is really central.
