The worst customer service I have experienced in Turku. It seems that their customer service agents (guys) would rather hang out and talk in the back than actually do work and assist customers. I think that if the management knew how lazy they are on the job that they would be terminated. Will buy at other stores and encourage my friends to do the same

Absurd shopping experience. Went to the store to get an outlet product and the employee refused to sell me the item. Came to the parking lot, bought it online and waited 1h to receive what should have just been given. No respect for the customer's time.

Horrible customer service, all the employees do is lie/gaslight the customer. The employees will do anything possible to make a sale on you, even if it means lying about the deals they have. DO not take any of their deals.

Gigantti is not big... its huge! And 5 stars don't come from customers service. Its OK but not very special.hard to be specialist in store with million different product. But they have very good Web store. You can order items perhaps not found from the nearest store and you don't need to wait for the long time. And if something goes wrong they have whole team of specialists to fix or reorder item that has broken. Only item that did got broken was very expensive gaming chair but I was too busy and not at the good health at the time that I managed to forget to call there before free fix time had expired. Oh gigantti if you see this please tell me what to do. There is only some item that has fallen from the middle of the chair so it does not keep good position...do you have spare parts and would you be so nice and help me to fix it? I love your store ;)

Great store. Really clean and helpful staff. The store is divided in sections and many brands have their own stand, so you can directly look at the ones, you are interested in.

Ordered from online during a limited-stock offer. The payment went through but their system crashed because of the massive amount of traffic. Haven't received the product nor a refund. Contacting the customer service is painfully slow, expensive (paying just for queueing 30 min at a time) and penultimately useless. They appear to take a stance of "we take no responsibility for their services nor offer solutions of their own". After several weeks they haven't found my money, are not offering any product in place of the one I ordered, and are telling me to sort it out with my bank, which says the transaction went through to them. Tl;dr: Ordered a product, paid for it, haven't received it nor a refund. Use Gigantti's services at your own risk, as in my case they don't take responsibility for their systems/platforms. Terrible and ultimately useless customer service.

Strange fact is.. I wanted to buy some old CD's but they didn't had ... more strange was when I asked the person at cashier if they have CD's ... she even didn't know what a CD is :) but apart from this this place have a lots of electronics.

Horrible selection, they are so cheap (and I do not mean their prices, they are actually quite high), they do not keep any items in the store, you have to pre-order everything. They will sell it to you, but the item might never come. Shop assistants are rude and always act like they would rather be anywhere else but not helping their customers. I would never recommend this store. Try literally any other store instead, Verkkokauppa, Power - anything, but not this one.

Big electronics store with most things you'll need. Prices are ok with some good discounts often on. Have had issues with customer service and trying to sell brands and deals which make them money and use companies which they have contracts with and aren't the best deal for the customer. If you're putting some money into something do research for yourself and don't trust what they try and sell you.

This store is popular for in every country If you talk to sellers some does not know English If you dont know finnish language you have to try another salesman again and again as my exeperience but no problm sometimes people has problm Recommend this store
