Absolutely abhorrent system for queuing for your already paid for and ready-to-pickup goods. Spent 1h 15 min in line yesterday, until the shop closed and ushered everyone out and then another hour today, in a queue to pick up my items. USSR much?

The best store in town. Everything you need to build your own PC or if you don't like to build one yourself you can order a custom one. They have everything you need and a lot of gadgets and other stuff, like Lego.

Stood in queue for 30 minutes to pick up an order placed online. Not even that many people in the store. Terrible experience. Next time I'm ordering delivery to the city store which is 100 times better!

This is Webhallen's primary store with an larger warehouse. If it's in stock, it's here. This uniqueness amplifies as this store is in its own building and thus has its own Parking with allot of spaces. The inside is what you can expect from Webhallen. Spacey environment with game kiosks and overall clean.

The staff at Webhallen is cool and very knowledgable about their products and tech in general. They cant be compared to sales staff in electronics stores, they are in a league of their own. This particular store is interesting to many in the northern Sthlm area because thet often carry items that other Webhallen stores might not have in stock. So if you need an item today or this weekend and your local Webhallen doesnt have it, it's usually worth a look here.

Great overall product variety and competive prices also super easy payments! The only thing lacking in many cases is the customer service, the staff seem out of energy and lethargic kinda giving you a sense of overall non-gratitude. I get it it's not the most fun in the world to work at all. But it's always going to be what you make of it!

I place an order for Xbox. Received email that is ready to collect. Came there and employee said that it was a bug. I lost time and money not to mention disappointment! I feel that employee had other system to choose who is gonna get Xbox. Really bad politics
