Very professional Doctor's. Dr.Chikara is very polite and kind towards there patient. My mom was admitted here for her stomach operation for 2 days. Everything is superb here staff is really polite and caring. I'm attaching a video of inside private room to show how clean and spacious room is.

Facility are not good. Not maintaining hygiene specifically in washroom. No handwash . It should be hospital responsibility to make the area hygienic.

Currently the best hospital in the area, they take good care of patients. Doctors are great there.

Giving this review after multiple visits. I would say this hospital in coming future will be one of the best hospital in North India. Amazing doctor's team and amazing staff. Yeah props and cons are always there. But i would say you won't be disappointed here.

Neither are the beds good nor the behavior of the staff is good. The tpa and account behavior is very dirty . Tell me they keep the customers on the tip of their shoes. The canteen facility is very dirty. There is no mention of cleanliness. Whoever goes there will get more diseases.The hospital manager has nothing to do with anything and neither does he have a good record. Nothing called administration is visible in the hospital. Overall, it is a completely useless hospital.

Dr.s are good polite and supportive. But your patient is with the staff 23 hours or more. You can't trust the staff here completely. Specially the night duty ladies. They are extremely rude to you and your patient. Even if the patient is very serious.It is still horrifying me how they treated our patient in front of me. And you can't say anything because you are just helpless in such critical situation. Hospital is good only for the emergency rush. Here I am talking about their ICU. ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is a special room for critical patients who needs intensive treatment and continuous observation. Where one was sleeping and the other one was watching movie over phone when the patient was in very serious condition. I don't know where these people come from and why hospitals hire them. They don't even have basic human courtesy.
