I have seriously been a non yoga person right from my childhood, I joined vamayoga just for a month, initially, in order to pass my time as my son was learning swimming nearby,. But to my surprise it has been almost a year and I am in love with yoga now. Tushar sir and Megha are one of the best teachers i have come across. They both are so passionate regarding their work and their student's health. I would recommend anyone who hates (or loves) yoga must visit this centre at least for a month, I bet you would not be able to withdraw your habit of doing yoga with these gurus.

I have been practicing yoga with Tushar Sir for a while I can definitely observe noticeable changes in my body, I gained so much flexibility and strength. it's challenging but through the instructions and consistency of the class I really can feel great results 😀🙏 Tried aerial yoga here for the first time, I really enjoyed it. Vamayoga is best yoga center for holistic wellness. Megha and Tushar are excellent teachers and are very knowledgeable. My wife and son both are learning yoga from there. My 6 year old son is showing exceptional improvement in his overall wellbeing, growth, flexibility, concentration etc. Megha is very supportive and great instructor for not only adults but kids too. Highly recommend vamayoga if you are looking for a place with knowledgeable and sincere instructor who have passion for yoga.

I have been taking Aerial yoga classes with Vamayog for the last 6th months..... The best part is they have special Aerial weekend classes also for those who can't come in the week days. My body felt so light and more flexible too after taking classes with Megha. She is very good at her work. I totally recommend Vamayog for Aerial yoga classes or one to one classes or the group classes. I can say Vamayog is the best yoga center in Rajendra Nagar, Dehradun.

Tushar and Megha are one of the finest trainers I have had to learn and experience yoga! I am a first timer with them and been an year I see myself better. They work at small details push their clients to bring out best in them. I am truly enjoying the experience and I come back home calm and happy! Must try for a healthy and mental well being!

Megha is very experienced and professional aerial yoga teacher, she teaches very well and supports you in each and every posture to make it better. She teaches very calmly which is her positive point. They have the beautiful Yoga hall with lots of greenery & they maintain it very well. I was hesitant to join yoga, as I found it very boring and did not enjoy my classes earlier. But on my friends recommendation I gave Vama Yoga a try. I am very happy with this decision as I am learning under Megha and she is very good. She is very patient and keeps my health problems in mind, while teaching me. It's been three months of joining the classes and I can see the improvement in myself, also I enjoy my classes a lot . The sessions are so therapeutic that i hate to miss a single class. Vamayog is one of the best yoga centre in Dehradun. It's been only 1month with them but I really enjoy doing yoga there. Tushar sir and Megha are best teachers. Sir makes difficult asana very easy for us and give full attention to each member.. thankyou so much.
