Pizza hut is one of the best food chains. But this outlet is the worst. Never experienced such things. The manager, Mr Ajeet Singh is not at all mannered, he doesn't know how to deal with customers. Whatever being asked, all he replies "Talk to the company". He refused to give us Dips with the meals and argued that it is chargeable if taken away and if dine in then it is not chargeable. Such things are not mentioned anywhere when asked. Worst experience with the staff. Will never visit it again. Even the card machine was not working, and they didn't have some of the items from menu. I would not even give them 1 star. Never visit!

I don’t think it’s a pizza hut’s pizza and i have tasted the same pizza from other outlets also but this was very bad experience and i have ordered online. Ordered 2 pizza’s and got 2 seasoning pouches. Really pizza hut has to look out this outlet otherwise Modipuram people will have pizza hut’s pizza around the world.

No air conditioning, Ill mannered staff, no cleanliness on tables, all over flies were chattering. I chamged three tables and decided to eat in my car. Whole outlet was empty, employees were buzy in fiddling with phone

Amazing to see that pizza hut has another new outlet in Meerut which is better and improved than others. Good service , better quality and food served faster and yes who doesn’t love pizza 🍕

I ordered mushroom sauce pasta n chocolate volcano pasta was not fresh the sauce was not fresh it taste like tangy like lemon white sauce is supposed to be normal n weird smell was coming from the pasta may be sauce was stinking I threw all the pasta totally waste of money. Bad experience 👎🏻
