We are blessed to have such a mentor kind of person in life with whom we can connect anytime in any emergency. He is always there to help with his amazing experience of medicine and cures. Dr Jain was referred for my husband when we were looking for a good nephrologist for a kidney issue. Secondary FSGS was detected plus cysts on kidney. DR Jain has been sound in his assessment , support and is adequately knowledgeable and extremely patient. he is never in a hurry and always ensured every question of ours was answered . I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Salil Jain for his patience, professionalism, hard work, and commitment to excellent medical care. My mother was in a very bad medical condition when we first met Doctor Salil back in 2019. Being a last stage renal failure patient my mother was in very fragile condition and needed frequent hospitalization for several issues and events. From average 6-8 episodes of hospitalization in 2019 to just 1 episode in 2021.. that is a true testimony of Dr. Salil’s work. He has not only treated my mother but has also helped stabilize her as a renal failure patient. Dr. Jain devotes dedicated time to all his patients for first time right diagnosis and world class treatment protocols. Weather OPD or IPD Dr. Salil ensures his patients smile even in the toughest times. Apart from patients Dr. Salil also very compassionate towards the patient attendants & families, he ensures that attendants are well informed of the course of treatment and feel supported at all times during the course of treatment. I came to Fortis only because of Dr Salil for Kidney transplant of my brother in law. I say this with lot of conviction and having seen lots of ups and down that what kept us going last 2 months is Dr Salil and his team of Dr Ashwini, Dr Yogesh , Dr Varun, Dr Ram and Dr Teja who are extremely positive, helping caring and humane in their approach and the credit goes to the leader Dr Salil for grooming his team in this manner. They have always treated us as their own and that speaks volumes about Dr Salil who is so reassuring and positive . I have never seen a Dr who fights for his patients and their well being.
