The best cake factory in meerut Any type of cake cookies donuts etc they have and they are best in taste

This is very bad the way this business operates. I call on phone the cake factory . They charged me rs 1400 per kg .. I ordered a special cake for twins birthday party of Rs.9800 . The cale was in 3 layer on top crown I gave them advance 3000 rs There cake taste was very bad .. and not satisfy with them If a person is paying 9800 Rs. And not getting satisfaction then what's. The difference between ur shop and other shops in meerut. Moreover the staff is arguing over there that. rude behaviour of ur staff members with the customer. Highly dissapointing. Bcz ur ma’am i talked her on call they never pick up call and not reply on whatsapp I will never suggest anyone now to buy ur cake as u people cheat the customers and misbehave with them.

It used to be better. While the ambience is still Fantastic, the food options are not much.. Especially for pastry. Overall a nice place for evening coffee or some sweet. Little on the expensive side but pretty good and tasty food options.

Didn't experienced much except Cakes and Cakes are really outstanding.. ❤️ A must try atleast once. Variety of Snacks/Appetizers and Pastries and related stuff is available which I didn't experienced yet. Prices are bit higher as compared to other bakeries in near area , but worth it.. They also serve variety of Coffee made in house fresh . When I last visited here I was mesmerized by the beautiful smell of fresh coffee !! Which tempted me to try one but due to shortage of time I dropped off , but will surely have next time .👍

Yesterday, my friends and I visited a place to sample their cheesecake. Surprisingly, it was delicious, but to my surprise, it didn't contain real cheese; instead, it was filled with cream. I couldn't detect the authentic cheese flavor, and it seemed like they were advertising it as a cheesecake even though it was primarily made with cream.

Cake factory this was not expected from you guys maintain your quality of product you’re selling stale food…i had ordered pizza such a stale it was yuck.. just see this picture you will get to know better

I ordered their Black Forest cake through Zomato and they delivered a sour creamed pathetic cake. It spoiled the mood of the party, and offcourse it was a health hazard. @zomato and the cake factory, highly disappointing

Taste of the cake was great, so was the design. We bought soft chocolate truffle cake and no complaints whatsoever. Although a bit on the expensive side for the quantity of the product. But overall great experience.

Got Stail Pastry instead of asking to give only fresh peice. Had similar experince the 3rd time now. I asked for a fruit florida pastry nd pineapple, Wen insiated fr fresh only peices, after a first reply tat all are fresh, the manager told me to skip Fruit florida. So got blueberry cheese cake and pineapple pastry. But wen i came home nd tasted.... both the pastries are stail.will definatley not visit again ever. Super unhappy ....

This bakwry is amazing. Nice inside out look. You can have freshly baked cookies, cakes, and pastry at affordable prices. Loved it. Try their fresh fruit cake. 😋

Cake is delicious I want buy more cake in future of this shop . Shopkeeper is very polite ,and they gave wonderful packing .when I ate cake it is supper dupper delicious I never ate this type cake .

Taste is decently good but not near perfect, prices are a bit on higher side and ambience doesn't feel good enough to enjoy meals daily, more like a takeaway kinda bakery. Suggestion to the owner, either increase taste and quality or reduce prices slightly.

Most pathetic cake shop in meerut. Think twice before ordering cake This outlet don't even deserve a single star. I have order a cake black Forest via swiggy fir my sisters birthday and they have send me old cake.. Cream was smelly and when I called the outlet they said can't do any thing in fact I have call recording which I will share will all my near dear to make sure no one buy from this rubbish cake factory. Infact after requesting a lot they said if you want fresh cake please order again. Really disgraceful spoiled completely the birthday and embarrassing which I need to face in front of family members.

Wonderful and delicious cakes and pastries. Bt bit expensive. If quality and the taste only matters to you then this is the best option.

Bad experience, waste of my money, pastry taste was terrible. I informed the same to staff as well .
