Visited as a guest in here restaurant for dinner few weeks ago. We were entertaining friends from outstation, and enjoyed our table. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning 😊. I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waiter. he had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. he recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. he and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Kudos!

Last time I went 2019 this place was not clean. The cafe was bit dark, the tables and chairs dusty, overall it looked like the place hasn't been cleaned in a while. We ordered coffee and some pastries, the coffee was bad, and was not at all hot. The pastry did not taste fresh at all. The staff was not very friendly, they seemed distant and cold (like their coffee!!!). That was the last time I ever went there. We had to go there only because it is close to my home and we had some work in the Supertech colony nearby. The best Cafe Coffee day is the one near Institute of Engineering (Rohtak Bypass crossing), the staff there are real very friendly and courteous.

I love Cafe Coffee Day Coffee and all menu... Its always same...

Though I am not a coffee lover, still whenever I feel like having a coffee, I always prefer CCD. CCD is actually a better option whenever there are too many options in any City. In most of the places you will find the staff well equipped with all the necessary skills. Also the overall look and feel (the interiors) are quite impressive. Can't rate it less than 5/5.

Place is good. Chairs and table can be arranged for outdoor seating. No parking issue. Full CCD menu might not be available. Staff is helpful and courteous. They do not have their own washroom, but it is available in adjacent block.

It's awesome place the best part is this that I lost my gold ring there,and the manager is so good.I called him and told him about my lost ring,so he take a step and search for it and he found my ring there and atlast he called me that he found my ring there and I should take it back,There are very rare people who are very loyal and true. I m very thankful to him...

I usually take Dutch truffle cake from CCD. But this outlet is far from regular ones, so you can't be sure of freshness. Stuffs like cakes are brought here frozen! All other things - at par.

Worse devil's own cold coffee.... Seems like they add 90% water nd 10% milk.nd cream..... Been a loyal customer of CCD but this outlet seems like downsize CCD standards literally

Best part abt this cafe is that it is crowd free..u will rarely find people sitting ..1-2 may be if u r lucky... Good items are good and beverages are also nice...some additional food stuff also present...so just go and chill
