Staff Behaviour (Balvinder Singh - Operational Manager) - Was not good at all. After complete week of working my team went for dinner (7:30 PM IST) after our one of successful project delivery. We went there for roof top experience so Mr. Balvinder Singh come to us and mentioned this area is booked please use different place and we don’t allow hard drinks too. I told him that this is not first time I am here. Then my team decided to sit somewhere else and we ordered food and done with the dinner around 9:30 (Food was good) I saw there are few people with hard drink then I called Mr. Balvinder singh that you were saying this is restricted but see there (because team member was like why he denied to us) He was not have any answer so he replied to me We allowed only for Family. I said these are four guys and what are you talking about and he started arguing then I asked his name and told him okay no problem. I have written this because we are doing hoteling for spend good time with Friends/Family/teammates and if Mr. Balvender singh will judge and argue with the people so please I don’t recommend. Note - Roof top area was free till the time we left the restaurant (10 PM) Another interesting thing when I have written the feedback in form there then main manager came to us about the review that this will impact me.

We had dinner which was okay in taste. Service is very horrible they serve everything together eg. We had soup, along with that they served snacks which all got cold. They served drinks before the food. Also we ordered veg noodles and they served us chicken noodles. Also they charged 10% service charged even when we asked to remove it they were like either go for a discount or service charge. Service Charge is not compulsory anywhere but here it is. Very disappointed with the service and food.

About the food - tried Spaghetti in mixed sauce and Crostini both were more or less good. However, there is scope of improvement. (Like the cheese of Crostini didn't melt. It would have been great if these small improvements are made in the preparation). The Pineapple mojito too was palatable. In dessert we tried Brownie with ice cream. It was sufficient for two and was a great happy ending :) Payment on card was smooth and the staff was courteous to help us with the baby pram. Overall Ambience: 5/5 Staff: 5/5 Food: 4/5

They forced us to pay service charge by saying it is displayed on the menu and outside the restaurant. They tried to scare us with their bouncers which was not required in a normal discussion. This place is over hyped. Serving time is too long. Prices are extremely high even a 10₹ water bottle will cost you 35₹ and they will charge 5% GST and service charge on the top of it.

They are just ruining the place in the name of Renovation, Staff tried to serve expensive water bottles even though they have Normal mineral water. They are forcing customers to pay Service Charges. No proper music on weekdays and staff is saying that come on Saturday and Sunday then it would be good. It's Just ruined our day.

It was a random visit to this place. Found it quite impressive once entered the place and ambience was good. Food menu was also impressive we tried something new. The veg as well as non veg was super delicious. It is must visit place if one loves food alongwith ambience.

I have rated a single star that is only for the music department, music was awesome but as I went there for dinner. I have experienced service delays after many attempts of ordering the food arrived on table. Also the Food is average as per rate not delicious. Location is bad as some drunkers are on parking & I feel some security lapse. Not to go with family & avoid place for meetings also as I have experienced a rude & arguing behavior of the billing counter person for the corporate bills. I would suggest people to AVOID FOOD HERE...better to go nearby HIGHWAY KITCHEN for delicious food & hospitality & location.

Went here on Christmas with friends. Reserved the seats a day before and upon reaching, the staff told us that since we won't be having alcohol so they’ll have to make us sit inside the restaurant and not in the open space. An artist was coming as per their Instagram page update for some live singing performance but during the duration of our visit (7PM - 9PM), he did not played any song. Inside the restaurant, the ventilation was very poor creating suffocation and the staff turned on the AC's after multiple requests. Coming to the food, the plating and portion size was adequate but some of the starters that we ordered were served cold and had to ask the staff to reheat them.
