Very bad and unprofessional staff Staff is literally illiterate and mismanagement can be seen everywhere. If you are planning to host a dinner or lunch for your guests then it is the worst place for the purpose as the restaurant managers asks for payments from guests only. They only need their payment. They don't care of your respect, your emotions etc. Two persons were there in red tie, one was old man, he was quite. The other person in tie used abusive language, very pathetic and worst behaviour I have ever experienced in my life. Would never recommend any of my known to visit this place.

1.Hopeless receptionists... even not allowed for one hour delayed check out. 2. The rooms are too small, floor full of dust.. no proper ventilation, very shabby bed sheets, stinking toilet, no proper toiletries. 3. They quote as complimentary breakfast.. when i reached there at 8 am on both days,, it looked more like a bus stand than a restaurant. Full of chaotic crowd... no one to help with water, tissues.. dint get enough breakfast also inspite of waiting. 4. Inspite of charging such huge room rent, they dont even clean room daily, dont clean the toilet atleast.. dont give one water bottle. Its totally a disgrace to the hotel industry.. plz avoid this if u are sane.

Have been to this place for the third time and must say that the quality of staff and room has really got degraded. The AC wasn't working in 44 degree heatwave and room was not ready even till the time of check-in. When asked why isn't it ready, the receptionist gave the answer that people have still occupied the rooms which I believe is no professional way to handle a hotel. Food was okayish but not worth the high cost. Could've had better in that much amount. On checkout, the staff tried to charge us extra for a water bottle which he was claiming was provided to us in the room but wasn't there and for the price of 20rs. water bottle, he was arguing back for 60. Also, there was a lot of disturbance in the hotel and power-cut was also frequent. Overall, my stay there wasn't much satisfactory.

I booked Hotel Crystal Palace from MMT for a stay of 2 nights for my son, my wife and me. Overall, I do not see a 0 rating, else I would rate it 0. This hotel is not worth staying, leave aside the money part which is too much for this hotel based on the amenities and hospitality received. We were so frustrated that we vacated/checkedout after 1 night and did not have the courage to stay for another night. Below are my reviews along with photographs and Video for your reference. I will be posting same comments on MMT as well as Google maps so that people are aware of what they can expect from this hotel on the name of facility, amenities, and hospitality. 1. On the first day, we were greeted with a cockroach in washroom (Video uploaded) 2. The water from WC was dripping (Video uploaded) 3. The whole room was stinking so bad that it was even difficult to breath. 4. There were so many mosquitoes in the room. Upon complaining about the mosquitoes, the staff said that they will put a mosquito repellent in the room, which they never did during our entire stay of 1 day. 5. The Kettle was broken, we complained to the staff and they said it is ok. Please see the kettle pic, where anyone can get an electric shock as the wiring is exposed. 6. We escalated all these matters, and the Manager shifted us to another room. 7. As we were three of us, the hotel gave an option for an additional bed in the room. On the name of bed, we received a mattress along with bedsheet. The mattress was put on floor rather than a temporary or folding bed. Please see attached pics. I had no option than to sleep on the floor on the mattress. 8. The floor was so dirty (please see pics) with broken tiles. 9. Mosquitoes kept us awake entire first night. 10. In the morning, I complained to the Manager and as per him, he joined a couple of weeks back and he said that he has joined wrong hotel as he has been receiving complaints every minute about the amenities. I have his recorded call, however I would not like to put it in public due to privacy issues. 11. The cleanliness in the room can be seen by the amount of dust on the water kettle (please see pic, black colour water kettle) 12. We were afraid of turning on the fan due to the dust that was on the fan. 13. We had opted for free Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner. In terms of food, what we received was a THALI. The taste was not so good. The staff said that we had chosen the option for Thali, however there is no such option when you book a room through MMT. 14. The Breakfast next day was amazing. It was a buffet and guess what were the items? (Pori, Sabzi, Bread toast, Banana, Melon, Corn flakes, bread pakora, tea) That’s it. 15. Please do not go by the pics of the hotel. Some pics are of the banquet hall and the dining area. 16. In the lunch when we asked for Thali, we received it after 1 hour 30 minutes. Every time the staff has only one excuse, that the shift changed so they forgot. 17. After having lunch, we checked out the hotel. We still had 1 night pending to stay. I would rate this hotel as below: β€’ 0/10 – Cleanliness β€’ 0/10 – Food (Only Thaali as food) β€’ 0/10 – Hospitality β€’ 0/10 – Hygiene (Smell in room + dripping WC + Cockroach)

Very bad experience, all we have observed was total mismanagement. Restaurant staff was so poor and illiterate people, despite of all the instructions provided to the staff before time to take the payment from host of the meal, they mismanaged everything and asked my guests to pay for the bill. I provided them the credit card in prior to take the payment still it was all mismanaged and later, the staff showed such a bad attitude and the person who has taken the payment used abusive language and shown how unprofessional he was.

I had worst experience of my life. Staff was very rude and were staring at us all the time. They talked very rudely and were judging us. They keep coming to our table to check when are we leaving, we could not even finish our food. They were looking at us and whispering among themselves and it was a disgusting experience to be sitting there and eating. I would recommend not to go there, better find a place where you are welcomed not made to feel out of place and disgusted.

Pathetic experience. I visited this hotel on 4th March 2022. They simply rejected my booking which was well paid in advance. They said that all the rooms are booked already and suggested me to shift to another hotel (Hotel Virgo), which was even more pathetic and then I had to checkout at night because I didn't have any option but to leave that place and go back and cancel all my plans. Not at all recommended for travelers. Please either look for Radisson/Harmony or Broadway instead, rather than booking this property. At least they wont back out at the last moment when you reach the property. Have a happy and safe stay.

Located at a prime location near Lal Kurti.. But Rooms are not upto the mark. Buffet Breakfast has very limited items. It has a small bar in thr basement as well. They have to work on hygiene & overall upkeep of rooms / washrooms.

The locality and surroundings are not the same as scenic it looks in the internet. Room was good, decent enough but the washroom doesn't have a hand gun but a jet which not many are comfortable with, we have requested for change in Room but they kept giving hope and delayed quite a bit. There are no enough plug points in the room and it was difficult The standard is not worth the money

On 16th August 2022 evening birthday party food quality was not up to marks, it was a bitter experience, Although our past experience was good, it may be due to lack of staff, please check it and try to improve to maintain the food quality.

Last time I went their to attend the conference arranged by the Groww, and earlier we've also arranged a fairwell after-party as well. My overall experience was good because they got a beautifully maintained property, everything looks luxurious and good quality, like sitting arrangement, lighting, Air conditioning, so on.. They provide multiple facilities like hotel rooms, restaurant and party halls. The place is good for major as well as minor functions like birthday parties, kitty parties, get-togethers or otherwise. Now the thing I don't like were: 1. Parking facility - dirty and unorganised. 2. Food - taking so long to refill the food stalls. 3. Staff - the behavior could be more better and were unable to keep discipline among guests. The above information is as per my observations it may vary. For more information contact them or visit the place.

In my 17 years professional career I traveled a lot but first time I pay room charge on the time of check in. I asked the person who was dealing that it should be paid at check out time but he told me that this is our policy to take room rent on check in. Also the way he is talking is really a bad impression on me. Room where I stay is just ok. I pay 3800 for it that is huge amount as compare to quality of the room. I will never come to this hotel again.

The Crystal Palace was a remarkable glass and iron structure originally built in London to house the Great Exhibition of 1851. It was designed by Joseph Paxton and considered a marvel of engineering and architecture in its time. The building was massive, measuring about 1,851 feet in length and 128 feet in height. Inside the Crystal Palace, the Great Exhibition showcased a wide range of products and innovations from around the world, making it a symbol of progress and industry during the 19th century. It was a significant event in history, drawing millions of visitors and helping to promote advancements in technology, art, and industry. Unfortunately, the Crystal Palace was destroyed by a fire in 1936, so it no longer exists in its original form. However, its legacy lives on in the influence it had on architecture and design, and it is remembered as an iconic symbol of the Victorian era.

A fine dining destination in the heart of the city. Serenity and ambience is the USP. Quality of food is great, if you don't mind spending little time in waiting for your order to be served, it's worth the wait. Overall a wonderful experience.

Attended a family gathering, banquet hall was nicely decorated and had an open area with plenty of airflow. Snacks served were filling and tasty, whereas the chaat corner could use some improvements. There were several dishes served in the main course, however I noticed a mildness to the flavour (which may have been intended by organizers considering the guests). Seems like a decent option for throwing a party if you live nearby. The traffic outside is moving but abundant

Had a family gathering, did not like the food at all, wished it had more taste however malai khofta and paneer tasted exactly same with watery pury, took me back to my hostel days. It was not at all quality food however the staff was very nice and polite. Would recommend to improve the food quality.

The food quality was up to the mark and The taste was also good the reason why i gave it 4 stars is because the lift was not working on that particular day when we reached this place. We are ok with stairs also but we went there with family and no one can see their parents or grand parents suffering. Except for that Everything was good and the best place to visit with family or friends.

Centrally located, one of the best properties of the city. The one with most experience of hosting the who's who of the Meerut diaspora. This place has been keeping up with the new times as it has been renovated recently to give it a more modern and suave look. The food and the ambience are the two major things to look forward to here. With ample parking space and security coming to aid for the drivers it becomes easier to handle the peak hour rush. The rooms are decent and mostly are also the first choice of dignitaries and VIPs to the city. Although there's still loads of areas where it can improve, nevertheless it's never a waste to visit this place once in a while.

One of the worst hotel I have stayed, the person are insane they only running because of the marriage parties, the food service is pathetic if u ask for hot it will serve cold the waiter rather to say the room service guy don't have manners they just come in to guest room without even knocking the room on complain it was said that he is new, . If u ask for coffee sometimes they don't have milk also they are just running on marriage parties Even the wifi service is pathetic it even doesn't wrk many times. Rooms were not as per the price .

Very disappointed experience, the owner has no respect for privacy and deseny , right now i am staying at hotel and the my entire floor is buzzing with the party going on the 3rd floor, i am not able to sleep, phoned to reception twice he told ..he can not do anything about it. It is party going on...means they do not care what other customers are going through, the worst experience ever ... please do not stay in this hotel ever.. 0 star ....worst experience ever

The rooms were clean and spacious. The service was commendable during the day and night too. The call responses were quick and sharp. The check-in was smooth and so was the check-out. Out of the many hotels searched, this was the best and easily locatable. Overall, a great experience. A lot better than what you expect in a city like Meerut.
